Hi,this is the UK site you should be able to smoke mind what is your bosses attitude to smokers.I reckon it will not be long before us smokers are locked in doors.I am sick of being dictated to if smoking is so bad why not ban producing tobacco,they will not has they get too much money from the taxes.Which should go to hospitals.Drinkers,dog owners,people over weight are all being hounded.Wonder what the next thing the do gooders come up.

Yes. You will be allowed to smoke under a shelter as long as it is open on at least two sides, so in the open air on a building site should be fine, depending on site rules.

Notice how our media is always harping on the evils of smoking, and that they are restricting smoking more and more now?

It is just the NWO's way of bringing people under tighter and tighter control, while not allowing them the release of smoking, so that they build up stress, so that people can be better socially engineered|

Not even in company vehicle. as for building sites isn't already against the law?
But as stated earlier so long as two walls open not door's

On the basis the new law relates to "enclosed" public spaces being out doors kind of makes this question irrelevant

You know this is the USA forum right? You need to ask these questions in the France forum or wherever it is you are from. How would people in the USA know about a law that hasn't been imposed upon us?
