Why do they insult people by The intensely replaced the regular protrol by the dirty undercover and the medical cars?

Within the confines of the 109th Precinct resides an ethnically, culturally and economically diverse population that includes the neighborhoods of Downtown Flushing, East Flushing, Queensboro Hill, College Point, Malba, Whitestone, Beechhurst and Bay Terrace. There are 42 parks, 5 major highways and 2 bridges within the confines of this command. There is a 55 block, multi-ethnic commercial district that serves as an international financial center (with 36 banks) and as a major transportation hub with the Main Street subway station of the #7 IRT Subway line.
Many agencies of law enforcement have "Public Safety" offices which include fire and paramedic. Not being from the 109th Precinct, all I can say is it appears they are keeping up with the trends of the community by providing better service!
