I'm not a terrorist or anything. Just curious as to how in shows like CSI, things happen so fast. I know in real life, they're bound to take MUCH longer.

My boyfriend owns a party store in Detroit Michigan.A couple weeks ago a Detroit foods inspector came in unexpected and found some bread that was expired. The inspector issued a ticket under my boyfriends name. A couple weeks later he went to court for the ticket -he ended up paying a $400 fine. The judge told him that if this happens again he could face 45 days in jail[i dont even believe thats true-i think the judge was trying to scare him].This TOTALLY freaked out my boyfriend. He tries his hardest to make sure no food is expired but it is very hard to do so.[Even big chain stores have times where food will become expired] what i want to know is - if this does somehow happen again and he does get jail time for this - would he be able to get bond? I have been looking on google to find someplace that i could call to find the laws of Detroit on expired foods-but could not find anything. If you could please give me some advice-or somewhere that i could call for questions on this issue.

I need to know,if you are classified TRIPLE CMS and on parole, does the state have to fund money for housing until you find a job?
The reason is: I know someone who only received $60. gate money, and had no housing here in CA. He is under the impression (Parole, Title 15 Policies and Procedures) that this is the case. His P.O. is really giving him the run around.
He needs to know RIGHT NOW!
If there is anyone out there who knows, or has a site to check on, PLEASE let us know ASAP.
Thank you SOOOO MUCH!

I was in intelligence for most of my military career before retiring and continue to be amazed at how many different documents and how much clearly classified information is "leaked' to the press and others -- particularly liberal, Bush-hating rags like the New York Times.

I was always taught that disclosure of classified information to those without proper security clearances or the "need to know" was a most serious criminal offense. I was even outbriefed on leaving Southeast Asia in 1976 to not set foot in Cambodia for ANY reason, in any capacity for 5 years, apparently for security reasons.

I always followed my orders as there was nothing to indicate to me that they were illegal, and while highly-educated, I never considered myself an armchair lawyer with enough knowledge of the big picture to determine who could have access to classified info or who could not. Disclosing such information was simply criminal!

What is being done to identify and prosecute these leakers?
