I need to know,if you are classified TRIPLE CMS and on parole, does the state have to fund money for housing until you find a job?
The reason is: I know someone who only received $60. gate money, and had no housing here in CA. He is under the impression (Parole, Title 15 Policies and Procedures) that this is the case. His P.O. is really giving him the run around.
He needs to know RIGHT NOW!
If there is anyone out there who knows, or has a site to check on, PLEASE let us know ASAP.
Thank you SOOOO MUCH!

Thanks for the answers. We found the info on CDC, or California Department of REHABILITATION. And, in specialized cases, which include: gang affiliated, sex offenders (including prostitution, child offenses), and MENTAL HEALTH issues, including drug addiction, alchoholism, etc.....) they are required (using discretion) to assist parolees.
Thanx.

Why don't you help him out with a room at your house/apt. I don't believe that the Parole Board has to give him housing, but the Parole Officer should help him find housing.

Well i sure as h**l hope not. We've just fed him and housed him while he was doing time. for what ever he did that was unlawful. I sure do not want to continue to support him. I will check this out myself. And what is a triple CMS. Hope its not child molester. There is probably a mission around where he can eat and sleep.
