is it against the law to sell fake tiffiny jewlry? because I see them do it at the swap meets. How do they get away with it?

If they do not try to sell it as real tiffany jewelry, I doubt its illegal. I never saw a design patent on jewelry.

They get away with it because there arent any specific law enforcement agencies to go from swap meet to swap meet in search of that type of 'criminal'. Wouldnt you be angry if your hard earned tax dollars were spent seeking out jewelry forgers?
Besides anyone who thinks they are getting an authentic Rolex or Tiffany jewelry at a swap meet cant be all the bright.

If there is a copyrighted logo or design on the jewelry to make you think that it is legit, then yes, it is illegal. They get away with it because there is so much of it going on. There are not enough people to combat it, and most of them get away with it.

as long as it is sold as "fake" it is legal
