Not a chance, especially if you live in a zero tolerance state. If you are in a zero tolerance state, you will probably lose your license until you are 21, get community service and maybe even jail time depending on the state. I know that Iowa gives a mandatory 48 hours in jail for first time DUI offenders, some other states do as well. The court costs, fines, attorney fees and cost to reinstate your license will come to around $10000. I hope you have a good job or wealthy parents.

Your screwed, due to the fact that your underage they might try to add an enhancement, you better hope you didnt hit anything cause then your looking at a lengthy sentence.
In California your looking at a 3 years probation, 2 days in jail, 3-6 month of Alcohol school, fine of over $3000 plus you have to pay for alcohol school, license suspension by the courts for 3 months to 1 year, plus an automatic suspension by the DMV for 4 months and up to 1 year.
I dont know about the drinking undergage charge but yep your screwed. If your in California your looking a mandatory 1 year license suspension by the DMV, im pretty sure every state has adpoted this law due to M.A.A.D
look at this;

probably not, although there was a story a bit ago that the lawyers challenged the machines they use and someone got their clients off on some kind of technicality. Im sure that loophole has been patched. I think that most states have a .08 law, if you blow more than that they have to give you a dwi. If they did the paperwork that means you are in for it.

Actually there is always a possibility to either have the DUI dropped to a lower charge or to be found not guilty. Your first step is to get an attorney as he/she will be able to negotiate on your behalf. Law enforcement are more willing to negotiate with an attorney than with an individual. He will also know of any programs or anything else that can be part of your reduced sentence if it is plead down. A lot of times, for charges like that, law enforcement and prosecutors dont want to waste time in court trying to prosecute a charge of DUI if they can reach a plea agreement.
But, you must be careful as if you go to court, you may be more likely to get a stiffer fine, if found guilty, than if you were to just plea guilty.

Nope, and you should have enough sense at 18 to know if you are going to drink to do it somewhere you can crash for the night.....don't drive.
