My Ex is trying to tell me because I choose to move out while the house sells then I have 'abondoned' house I do not get anything. In the divorce it list a few things that are indefinatly mine but he is trying to say it is to late and the house hasnt even sold. What can I do?

i graduated high school and went to a party after graduation and started drinking got very drunk and didnt want to ride home with any one who had been drinking so i decided to try to walk and ended up walking the wrong way and got arrested and blew a .250. i got a ticket for d/c intoxication and a ticket for prohibitions. ive never been in trouble with the law before. can anybody tell me how much trouble they think i will get in.

I have heard many stories of wonderful K-9 police and correction officer dogs who have served their community ,when too old, are turned into shelters and some euthanized. However, if someone hurts a K-9 in a crime they are charged as injuring an officer, Does this make sense?

College is something I cant do right this moment, maybe in a year or 2, but what else can I do to help better my chances of becoming a police officer.

I think being an MP in the military would help me greatly, getting training similar to what a recruit goes through in the police academy, and getting in shape. The problem is some people tell me this is a great idea, while others say it is a waste of 3 years of my life, and I am 28.

PLEASE HELP!

If cps or the police come to your door,you dont have to answer the door right? and once you answer the door theyre allowed to come into your home?

Just wondering because my babysitter (im the mom) says that the lady underneath us is going to call cps because she thinks my kids are home alone all day..And she is going to call cps cuz my children are too loud?? Cmon now! My kids are never home alone.

In the bathroom wall at school it was found that someone had written a direct death threat threatening to kill two people with a gun at a specific time. Deans have been notified, but what can be done now (this is for a friend) because the evidence strongly points to a specific kid? The deans do not seem to care too muc about it, and the police are taking it slowly; what can be done besdies waiting for them? And what would happen to someone who was convicted of this? So let me explain, you know how people google themselves? well i did the same thing but on a different site and with my friends names. When I looked up her name websites came up I clicked on one, and child porn came up, I've known her since we were little girls and this was her, when she was 9 years old till she was 15 the much older man was her step dad, which I knew he had raped her, her whole childhood. The website was in a different language, and it had awful pictures of her step dad doing things to her you never see his face though, you see hers. It shows her name on top which i was able to make out in the other language, and it showed pictures of her from different ages starting at 9-15 then it skipped to now (she is 20 years old and recently got into adult films) I don't know what I should do..do I tell her? Is their a way to get it deleted? This isn't the only site, about 10 others... Shes a great girl, i feel so bad for her..

A friend of mine depends on being able to drive for her job (her employer will sack her if she gets a driving ban) - she failed a breath test in her car (outside her house) at 84mg. She has six non-drink related points - how can she avoid a ban and get a big fine instead?

I was arrested for domestic violence a few months ago. This is my second offence within 7 years. I didn't beat up my girlfriend she attack me and trying to calm her down again, but of course I was the one who got put in jail. Well, I made bail and now my case is pending with the District Attorney’s. I haven't seen a judge yet and it could be awhile before I do since they are so backed up. I am hooked on pain pills and I know this could contribute to our fights, so I was wondering should I get my self into rehab before I see a judge so that maybe he will be a little more lenient on me when it comes to my charges? If I do go to jail how long will I be in for? Also, could I check myself into rehab knowing that my charges are still pending? I can’t afford an attorney right now.

My Hubby's ex is putting so many obstacle's for him & their child. He got behind this past month on child support cuz he lost his job, but she is asking for the past month & 2 more months of child support, so she can allowed their child to spens summer vacations with us( they live 16 hrs 4rm us) & he needs to pay 2 way trip airplaine ticket plus buy him clothes & shoes cuz The MOM only allowed for him to bring 1 set of clothes (the one's he has on) It is not about the money well except for the advance money that she wants & we can't afford right now. But she is always doing what she wants & not following court orders. So what can he do? Does he has rights? Is she violating her childs rights too?? By the way their son is 10 so he does what mommy says . I don't like the way she is with either of them . How can I help???

this guy pulls up in a car an asks me , he has a job for 15$ hour land scaping an he looking for young men like me , he then goes on to say hes a good man an hes going to get his bil board signs backup bla bla , an that he going to get merceds bla bla , out after he crashed it , an hes the bigest land scaping guy down here where i live , but doesnt have a webpage an doesnt have a secretary , an has two - 3 cheap un marked cars, next day he came in a car whith this kid , who wass handsom (im not gay ) an that he works with , an he sure as heck aint his son becuase the kids white an hes black , i could tell he had been livivng in his car because he had a bunch of junk in there etc , so al this points out hes trying to target me for minor exploitation i told the cops but they said they cant do anything about it , so some one tell me who i can contact , to just make sure he is what i think he is , better be safe than sorry
PS dont tell me i could be wrong an etc i know
