That is not "high", and this question just dropped it another 10 points.

I very much doubt it. In fact having a high IQ I suspect will probably get you in more trouble because you should have known better. Or you should be clever enough not to get caught. But I'm not an expert on law.
Based on your question, I reccomend you should read Dostoyevsky's "Crime and Punishment"(if you haven't already). It sort of addresses a similar question. You might find it interesting.

Who told you 110 is a "very high" IQ?? I'm thinking that maybe they were the ones that were very high.

If you really had a high IQ, you would have enough sense NOT to commit a crime.

Don't bother. I don't think you will. (^_^) If you're so intelligent, just go around the law. It's pretty easy. You just have to read and find loopholes. Use your imagination. Hehehe...
Another thing: 110's not that high. Mine is 138. (^_^) And I'm only fifteen.

No you could not. A high IQ constitutes no migitating circumstances. You do the crime, you do the time....

110 is pitiful #1, and #2, you can ask for anything as long as you are prepared for the answer.

if anything, a high IQ should get you a bigger sentence because you know better.
