Best bet - find the site for the city, county, etc. where the accident happened, and then start searching. You may have to write or call the police dept. for a copy. They may not have that sort of info on the web. Yeah, it might be public data, but it costs money to collect and process that information and make it accessable on the web. If it was me, I'd rather that money was spent equipping and training the officers, rather than making a fancy website. A website won't do much to help find a mugger.

You will have to go to the police department that wrote the accident report, you should be able to get a copy for a small fee
