did you know that these politicians would lose so much money from hospitals if they legalized pot because more people would stop drinking booze and getting into accidents and stabbing each other etc and less people would drive so less gas money would go to them ouch i wish they would just stop whining and legalize it and skim the money off of it...Other countries are far more peaceful and intelligent like the Netherlands etc.because it is legal there.they cut some off the other part ...not my fault.

My ex husband has been harrasing me via phone for the past month, and I have saved all messages from him. He lives in one state and I in another. Our son get's dissabilty which is in direct deposit in my name. The reason being is that he has had bank accounts closed due to him being overdrawn.I have a savings account for our son which a certain ammount goes to that. I send money every month, in cash. I was foolish not to ask for a signed reciept for what I sent. My ex is now threatning to have me arrested for fraud. I do have bank records of all withdrawls from my bank, and his savings. I know that my ex has a drug problem, but I do not want to goto the step of reporting him, due to the fact that him and my son live with his parents and I dont want their house taken because of him.
I have tried legal aid which can not help me with this matter. Can someone please help me with what to do. I plan on filing for full custody at the first of the year.

Honestly, since when is waterboarding tourture? I always considered things like, cutting all the flesh off someones arm with a knife, or taking a belt sander to their unclothed chest or breaking each of their fingures with a hammer one by one or even putting their head in a vice and turning it till their eye popped out ( all horrible things that should never be done to a person ) torture. Since when is, simulating drowning torture? It seems to me that is just a way to cause panic and enough discomfort that over a very long time it would make them talk, not actual torture. What's your oppinion on the subject?

i shared a place with my roommate, but only my name is on the lease (because i have good credit). we got into a fight and she has left, taking only some of her things. she refused to turn her key in although i asked that i be around when she comes for her things. it has been a few days and still no word. is there any law or rule about her keeping the spare keys? can she just come in here and take whatever she wants while i'm away? and does she have a certain time limit to do this? breaking my lease/abandoning my place is an option right now and am not sure what will happen to her things if i do.

They call each other bi(ches and are more critical/judgemental of each other. When the guy cheats, the woman automatically blames the other woman. What if the women didnt know? If you didnt notice, guys like to lie to get sex.
Many women dress don't even dress for men, they dress to compete with each other. You know who you are.

If women dont respect each other then how can we expect respect from men? Is this an example of divide and conquer?

My husbands license was suspended 3 times and finally they put him on probation. No he was not driving drunk so please don't say he deserves it. He made simple mistakes and not mistakes like I have seen some people do like 120 in a 50. Anyways he is now on probation and has been paying his probation off and his court tickets. Can his license be reinstated while making court payments or does it have to paid in full?

I done sexual things with someone on cam,and I think he's recorded it.

I'm 16 years old,he's 32.

I don't want my family knowing anything about it, but if he did record me,i want him to get in trouble.

Is there any way I can do this without making it obvious to my family?

Is there a need to sentance a criminal to death for a crime they may or may not have committed? I don't see how sentancing someone to death for a crime they may or may not have committed can make things better for the victims. I can't see how it could be used as a deterrent for criminals.

On the positive side of things, I suppose it could be argued that it frees up prison cells.

With pressure groups in the western world becoming forever bigger and stronger, it must be nearly over for the death penalty in what remaining states still use it.

After I turned 18 & got out of foster care, I was looking into filing a lawsuit for the social worker encouraging my foster mom to NOT give me my trust fund money from my biological dad. It was $5,500, & my former foster mom said, "You can't sue the socia worker! She IS the law! How are you gonna sue her?" I needed to sue the social worker & the foster mom. Also, I had about $4,000 in Social Security back pay, & she took that, too. I wasn't able to sue because I didn't have enough money, & I had no proof. How can someone prove theft? I showed them my award letters & they said that's not proof enough. Also, they were very forceful upon me & the social worker MANDATED that I let my foster mom put her name as the head of my bank account, & she said that if I didn't do it, then I wasn't gonna get my checks. Then, I found out all my money was GONE. Her name wasn't on either of my checks but they were on the bank account. I was 18 & old enough to have my OWN acct. I'm 24 now. I didn't know
