My husbands license was suspended 3 times and finally they put him on probation. No he was not driving drunk so please don't say he deserves it. He made simple mistakes and not mistakes like I have seen some people do like 120 in a 50. Anyways he is now on probation and has been paying his probation off and his court tickets. Can his license be reinstated while making court payments or does it have to paid in full?

Both of my brothers have had suspended licenses and both had to pay in full before their driving privileges were returned. But call the Secretary of State, or whatever they call it where you live, to find out for sure.

Call the license branch just to be sure, but I believe that it has to be paid in full. You will probably need some sort of document from you insurance agency as well.

I agree, I'm pretty sure it has to be paid in full before they will reinstate it.
