I have been trying to modify my child support order for three months now. Initially when I reopened my case i did so because according to how they were garnishing my wages they stated that i owed 22,000.00 dollars. I then madeseveral trips to the courthouse and paid a 50.00 fee to reopen my case. since then they have done nothing but mismanaged my case. they lost my file mind you my x has our children one of which i had solely by my self for 4/12 years and never filed for child support. Also i had to fax proff of my administrative fee being paid in full(50.00) because it was never "docketed as paid" which i faxed proff today. These people in this circuit that run the courthouse correspondance for the family law division are so under qualified and incompetant. . After my printout for childsupport was handed to me it showed 8000.00 in owed inall. who can i file a grievence to? OVER THE JUDGE.I have since lost my job and became homeless because of the overgarnishing they have been doing

Hi!
My brother, who lives in South Africa with his fiance(he lived in England for 5 years), is coming back to visit this Christmas.
His fiance is and has been disabled from the waist down for near a decade now.
The point is: we have requested a disabled badge for the duration of their stay, and we were rejected! According to the two different official organizations we spoke to, only people from within the EU, or people who have lived in the UK for 3 years can get the badges!
Unbelievable!
Isnt this against some laws!? Surely it is!
thanks
Matt
oh---Merry Christmas!

If you paralyze someone in self defense, can they turn around and sue you for damages? If so, what are the odds of getting out of it?
Ethically, my actions were justified as my life was in serious risk.
I also didn't get charged with anything for the same reason.

What happens when you go to court for your first misdomeanor offense in GA? It is for loiterring and concealed weapon. It is his first offense. When he got arrested he got out on bond and now goes to his forst court date soon. WE are both clueless as to how all of this works.

Ok heres the deal. Me and my Girlfriend wanted to move out. My dads house was not being used so he let us rent it. My girlfriends sister was getting kicked out of the room she was renting so i let her stay in my dads house. My girlfrinds sister is a pothead so i told her, i dont care what she smokes just not on the house. Well they broke the rule and i told them they had till the first of next month to get out. next day my girlfriends sister's boyfriend decides to bring his friends and smoke on the house, so i want to kick the sister out and her boyfriend immediatly. he says i cant legaly but we have no contract or nothing. i was letting them stay in a room if they help pay rent. so can they be kicked out legaly?

Wait! Why the hell is Yahoo!Answers removing my game questions if I placed a warning that it contains some mature content? It's not like I posted the thing for the sole purpose of annoying or offending people. Hell, some people even requested me to do more of my "Would You Rather...?" questions. In addition to that, my poem, which was emulated from Allen Ginsberg's "Howl" was removed just because some over-zealous religious moralists don't agree with my point-of-view?

I want to sue d.c.f. and polk county for not allowing me my rights and costing me my kids for 10 months in foster care.I was not given a hearing or even allowed to go to court to defend myself ,the courts acted summarily. during that time thier grandfather and great grandfather both passed away and they were not even allowed to attend the funerals. To top it off, because of my kids being in foster care I lost my entire tax check (approx. $3000) for the year of 2006. I have been told by my lawyer for the d.c.f. case that once it was over to go after the system because I got screwed, but I'm finding it immpossible to get an attorney that either has the time or the balls to take on the system,......
