Has any One heard of this before?

I was out Christmas shoping with some friends the other nite at a local mall and saw a store that told a person who had 2casted legs that she couldnt come in her store do the no shoes, no shirt, no serivce law, then there was another store that did the same thing with sman who had a SS and couldnt put on a shirt on the posistionin of the bars of the cast.

and i was thinking if that was the cast then they would have to turn down are service dogs. for not having shoes.
What is this world coming too?

In a situation, a high school girl has pulled a knife on her best friend. The girl suffers from several mental illnesses, and only pulled the blade because of a psychotic episode. The father of the "victim" puts a restraining order on the girl as a result. Do you think this is morally right? Why or why not?

Do you think that the DC crowd should be required to pass bills on their individual merit and not be allowed to add pork to them in order to get others to vote yes on them.

I mean if a bill doesnt have enough merit to pass on its own do we really want it to pass becuase they got an extra 20 votes by adding on non-realted items that were benificial to the people who would have voted no if the pork wasnt added.?

Could this type of no pork system work or would no bill ever get passed?

Can someone please explain what the difference is between a District Attorney and a prosecutor? Is it the same thing? Does each county have their own district attorney that prosecutes several cases? Or are the different areas of crimes disignated to different prosectors? Are their prosecutors that specifically procsecute rape and sexual assualt? I was recently sexually assualted so now my life dream is to help victims and fight injustices! I was already planning on going to law school but I changed my dream from criminal defense to prosecutor. Do you have to be elected to be a prosecutor? Can someone please explain this whole prosecutor thing? Thank you!!! You will be helping me achieve my dream!!

So basically, should someone who is only 15 be given 60 years? Isn't that more like vengeance than it is justice?

I wanted to find out what my rights are as a consumer when it comes to the recipt checks that go on at locations like 'Sams Club, Wal-mar, Bestbuy, and Cosco' When I exit the store.
I would like to know if I have the right to refuse the person that will not let me exit until they check off my receipt. Is there anything thats related to the concept " that upon completing a 'trade' the items traded are now legally owned by the receiver of items received in the trade" And does that now give me rights similar to the forth amendment where I can refuse a search?

when children do crimes they up end in juve for a couple years, or until they 18 or the parents get fined that doesnt all ways help and children know exactly what they do so why should they have lighter sentences list your reasons why or why not

and note everybody cant be rehabilitated, you cant always change a person if some one wants to do something they will do it.

It is completely right if someone doesn't agree with it then just don't do it don't push your crap beliefs on me. It is because of religion that this is illegal (i love Oregon) the government could make a deal with the life incuranse companys but they would lose all vote of super religious people

I wanted to know if I was fired for discrimination. I started a job on August 20th, I was told by my employer that they would accomodate any doctor's appointments that I had, which they did. I did have to call in sick and had to leave early due to illness associated with the pregnancy for a total of 6 times; two of which were consecutive, so according to their rules, only 5 times. I have a very complicated pregnancy due to my own heart problems and diabetes and my employer was aware of this. I was even taken by ambulance on one occasion from work because of a heart episode I had. I had to miss work last Tuesday b/c of complications and was fired Wednesday upon returning from work citing too many absences. I do want to note that another employee hired 2 weeks after I was missed about 2.5 weeks from work last month due to her own medical issue, yet was not fired. She also missed two times after that. Do I have a case of discrimination?

I was supposed to get a package today about 15''x10''x10'' big. I've been tracking it and it said the estimated delivery date was today the 22nd but then I checked this morning and it had changed saying it was going to be delivered on the 24th so I didn't see a need to check it again but then the shipper e-mailed me saying he saw it was delivered so I checked outside on my doorstep and nothing was there and then I checked Fedexs' website and sure enough it said "Left at front door. Signature Service not requested." It was being shipped using Home Delivery and I have never had any problems with Fedex before but I checked all around my house and nothing. I don't know if it matters but where getting hit with snow and ice and we usually get packages from Fedex around noon but it said it was delivered at 7:56 P.M. I'm just worried, could it be a glitch? Should I check with neighbors? Thanks

In 1994 OJ Simpson was found not guilty and he can thank his lawyer Johhny Cochran who past away a few years ago. Do you think OJ was telling the truth to all of us that he didn't kill them, Why or why not?

I personally don't think he did it himself. He might of told someone to do it. But he said he didn't kill them and if did he would be lying. And lying is a bad thing to do.

He was also afflicted with aurthritis and was recovering from a leg injury. The guy was driving like your typical UPS driver this time of year. It was in a confined space and he hit him as soon as he started to drive away. My dog was a 70lb. Labrador retriever. He never stopped, drove off and claimed that he did no know that he hit him. Libery Mutual is the insurer. How much should I ask for a settlement in US $? he was my world and that is no sh!t. I have no children. My dogs are my children. The folk's at Liberty Mutual informed me right away that he was considered property and that it would be handled differently than if it was a human being.
