In Washington, if the parent of a child is also a minor? Would the underage parent be legally responsible or the grandparents)? Links to RCW would be greatly appreciated.

Note: The underage parent signed the consent form.

A Naples, Florida woman has been found INNOCENT of child abuse by a jury after she pierced her daughter's private parts to keep her away from sexual activity. Plus she shaved her head completely bald to keep boys away.

The USA and many others have critized repeatedly the most extreme forms of SHARIA law by the TALIBAN and many AFRICAN countries. Women all over the world are fighting against these inhumane practices, and here it is taking place right in our own backyard, right in FLORIDA.

PLEASE, we must write to as many government officials as we can about this. It is something horrendous. It is in the very least extreme child abuse. And knowing how many strange, and sometimes horrific stories have taken place in Florida, still this is part of the US, and this cannot be allowed to happen.

Florida children's agency didn't know at one time the fate of 600+ children in their care a few years back. It used to have the worse system ever. Hopefully it has changed w/ new governor.

But now because of family problems. I told them to give me at least 60 days to leave, and they want me to leave in 3-5 days. I haven't had a chance to find a place for me and my family to live. So now the marshall came drop a court order for eviction.

My wife just left me a week ago, but we are not legally seperated or divorced or anything. She has not responded to my emails and the one time I tried to call her when she heard it was me she hung up.

Can I end up in legal trouble by trying to contact her? Is there some guideline to the amount of times I can try to call/email her in a day without getting into trouble?

Keep in mind that I'm not trying to argue with her via email or phone so much as establish some sort of communication. I know that if I called her constantly to insult her or call her names THAT would be harassment. But what about just calling her to try to find out what is going on with our marraige?

I have to write a paper on money laundering and still need a better understanding of what it is. Ive read other answers that helped a tad but got confused after reading more than 5. It is like receiving money from another country. I mean like you work for someone in another country and they write and send you checks that you cash, keep a portion and send whats left back to them or to someone else like one of their branches. I dont know...Im confused and my paper is due on monday and still havent written it.

The Southern CA fires had several ignition points seemingly starting simultanously. Perfect location, perfect season, perfect timing. Authorities haven't said weither or not it was a coordinated or how many were involved. What do you think?

Should we try those resposible for the fires just for arson or under the Patriot Act for Domestic Terrorism? What should their punishment be?

I'm not meaning terrorism in the normal fashion. I'm not talking about Bin Laden but Domestic Terrorism.

What I'm trying to get out is weither or not we treat this crime as just arson or do we consider this a terroristic act done by someone against his own country.

I was watching the news and they were talking about some situation where they were issuing birth control to 11 year old students. Then the local DA said that sex under the age of 14 is illegal regardless of the age of the partner.

Who passed that law? It's not only totally ridiculous but treasonous as well. By the time I was 13 I was one of the only virgins in my school and I lived in an upper middle class neighborhood. I'm not sure if that law is specific to Maine, as I had never heard of it before, but wherever it is, I can't imagine why people aren't rioting in the streets. No just government can presume to inhibit the freedom of equal participants to make their own decisions. This is right up there with making prostitution illegal. I've never heard of such treasonous nonsense in the present day western civilization.

I recently lossed my Father after a long battle with cancer, his dying wish was for me to take car of my brother's troubles with the Law and DMV. Long story short My brother is a alcholic who has been clean and sober for 8 years now. However in the past he racked up atleast 4 DWI's (that i know of). I am just thankfull that know one was ever hurt.
As excutor of his will I have the financial ability to take care of all of his fines, and I would like to try and get his license back. ( I can not have my Mother driving him back and forth to work everyday) , but I do not know where to begin. I am sure he has warrants and fines all over the place. How can I consilidate them and get a judge to hear a appeal. He has completed rehab, is a active mermber of AA, and is finally a productive member of society. He can not get to the next level having my Mom driving him everywere. Also if I ever suspected him of drinking and driving again I would call the police on him myself. Please Help

For these reasons:

1. Are these hardend criminals who we must pay millions to get them off the streets?

2. Why to the euthanize chickens after a cockfighting ring gets busted? Aren't we trying to protect them?

3. Don't we have enough laws as it is?

Only in regard to marijuana. I know there are cut-off levels on the tests and let's say you barely were above the level and failed. Do most companies automatically refuse to hire or will they discuss with you first and see what's going on. It would make sense that its an automatic non-hire, but if they really want someone I thought they may have a level of flexibility. These days marijuana is not considered a big deal, so I'm thinking things are getting relaxed.

I asked this question two hours ago in a different format and had no answers. It occurred to me that it sounded lke a possible sick spoof and therefore here it is reworded.
The lady in her 50's was in ill heath and had collapsed in the street in Harlepool. Anthony Anderson 27 urinated on her and for some bizarre reason also covered her with shaving foam. Whilst doing it he shouted 'This is YouTube material'
He admitted outraging public decency.
The bastard will likely be out within 18 months. Do we really want scum like this on our streets or should they be put down? I know whaty I'd choose.
