I had an attorney who I have since fired because he was incompetent. I never signed anything not a retainer agreement or any document. I want to have the evidence he presented to the court deemed inadmissible, and start again with my own proper evidence pro se......can anyone tell me where i can find this information.

If you do not know how to remove items entered as evidence you should rethink your plan to represent yourself.

You do not have to sign a retainer agreement for an attorney's representation of you to "be legal". As soon as the lawyer appeared in court for you the first time, or filed a document for you, he was your lawyer.

You may try to correct what you see as errors by presenting your evidence differently in the future, but what is already on the record will most likely stay on the record and the other side will leap on any inconsistencies in your presentation of the facts.

This is something that will be extremely difficult for you to overcome, even with a second lawyer, but it will be impossible for you if you choose to act as your own counsel.

Hire a new lawyer.

David's right. Just because one lawyer was incompetant, doesn't mean they all are. Get a new attorney and make sure you get references from a friend or someone who can vouch for their performance.
