an african guy who lives not far from us today almost ran over my little boy and wife speeding along the sidewalk in his car before turning into his drive, with an ice cream in one hand. When I pointed out to him that this was dangerous, especially as children frequently use the path he became abusive at which point we left. Is this normal in the UK? Have people lost it? What can you do apart from stay at home?

My husband has retained a lawyer for child support issues, that my sons father used against me for our child support issues. Now he knows my husband is using this lawyer and is having a fit, incase he needs to take me to court ever again, he is saying this is a conflict of intrest and he is going to call the attorney so he wont represent my husband anymore. We have already paid him and we only have one week to court. Is this really a conflict of intrest since hes not representing me?

hi,
I've just purchased a house.
since it is only 2.5 yrs old and the house looked all fine, we bought it unconditionally without inspection
2 months later on the possession date, we've entered the house and noticed that all the doors in the house do not close properly, and we found some long and big cracks on the walls and ceiling.
The house must've shifted and tilted on one side after the offer date when we looked at the house. The realtor said that the contract states that the conditions of the house must not be substantially different from offer date to the possession date.
We are really upset with the sellers because we believe that they should've notified us of the changes and done something about it.
We're thinking of bring the sellers to the court and demand that they fix the problems or refund the money.
Unfortunately we have no proof, but just us and our realtor's words agaisnt theirs.
Can we win if we bring this to the court?

I am divorced and currently living in Bahrain (separated from the military and opened a business overseas). I want to have my daughter live with me during the time that was specified in the court order, however, my ex is fighting this. Nothing was specified in the court order. My lawyer is telling me that more than likely, a Guardian Ad Litem Attorney would be appointed to us. Could someone tell me what my chances are at getting the Guardian Ad Litem to to sway the decision my way to allow my daughter spend the time that I am granted with her. My ex has a lawyer and their argument is that the distance is too far for a 4-year old to travel. That sounds bogus as I am sure that there are 4-year olds on Earth somewhere that make trips like this. Also, their other excuse is that what if an emergency arises, the mother won't be able to get to where her daughter will be at in 5 hours or less. My divorce took place in Ohio, so, any help anyone can provide would be nice.

If anyone knows about this Id appreciate it.

If you are getting married for a 2nd or 3rd time and want to protect your money/ property to ensure that after your passing or in the event of a divorce it goes to your children, is there really any sure fire way to do so? People do pre-nup's and they have a will, but if the spouse with the money (who had a pre-nup and a will) is somehow convinced by person they married to undo the pre-nup or change the will (maybe because the person has dementia) all the things that occurred while the person was in "right mind" would be undone, thus screwing the kids out of their inheritance.
Can you give POA rights to you child, by-passing the rights of the second spouse? Also could you make your will to state that your child must sign off on any changes, preventing the second spouse from having the will changed in their favor

I see three options in the war on drugs. 1) we cut off the supply, and to some extent that is being attempted 2) we arrest users and throw them in jail with little or no rehabilitation and mess up their already messed up life, and this is being done 3) we turn our heads and let the addicts self destruct, thus saving tax dollars to go after the real bad guys and free up the space and cost, and to some extent this is also being done. What are your thoughts?

I recieved a fix it ticket for my tinted windows, this was factory installed, and I explained that to the officer, however he still wrote me up for it. That day I was in Venice Beach, and there were dozens of police writing people up for many infractions. I had just recently bought the car(BMW 3 series) and it is under factory warranty, when I bought it from the BMW dealer they said that the tint was completely legal, and they wouldnt sell anything that was illegal. Is this something that I should just get removed pay my 10 dollar fine, or can I actually fight it if its factory installed, and keep the tinted windows? Thanks for the input.

Madison, WI (AHN) - A Court of Appeals has dismissed attempted sexual assault charges against three men involved in necrophilia after it was found that Wisconsin has no law against having sex with a corpse.

Twin brothers Nicholas and Alexander Grunke and Dustin Radke, went to a cemetery in Cassville in southwestern Wisconsin on Sept. 2 to remove the body of Laura Tennessen, 20, who had been killed the week before in a motorcycle crash.

I live in a small town in a mobile home park in Georgia. We have drug dealers who live here and no one seems to care. The drug dealers live very close to me. What can I do to get them out of here. The one drug dealer lives with his girlfriend and she is pregnant and she also has a 14 year old daughter who lives with them. My husband and I are wanting these people gone. My husband went to the police to let them know what was going on and they just did not care. Who do I have to call to turn them in? What do others do when they have drug dealers in their neighboorhood? I am just sick and tired of it. The mobile home park that we live in has really went down since these drug dealers are living here. Drugs are everywhere and I am tired of it. Does anyone care?
