I work for a non-profit school, and there are only 5 people who are authorized to sign employee's paycheck. Two signitures are required on the paychecks. Today I received my paycheck, and one one is authorized, and the other is just another employee. My question is two-fold. Is this fraud, and what penalities am I looking at if I cash this check? And if this is an illegal check, how do I report it and not get fired?

Ok im 15 and I had gotten into a fight back in march at my school. The courtdate was supposed 2 b in May and then they pushed it back 2 june and then they pushed it back again 2 august 7.(Let me just say they said I have 2 b on house arrest to my next courtdate which was suppose 2 b june, but ended up having 2 b august cause they couldn't get there stuff together. So I hav 2 suffer, still spending all my summer at my house)Earlier this week on mon. I got my permit(I was so happy)Then yesterday my probation officer came by and my mom had told her I got my permit and she said"U know there going 2 take it away right? For 6 months. They just passed the law at the beginning of July. If a juvenile gets convicted they take away ur permit"(I live n VA)Yall kno I was mad. I mean that doesn't even seem right. 2 punish me 4 something that was committed before the law was passed and that wouldn't even b relevent now if it wasn't for dem pushing the date back. Do they have a right 2 do dat?

I was riding my bike down a busy road on the sidewalk. The road has side streets where you have to stop at the stop sign, then proceed. Well I am coming to an intersection and I see the driver pull up to the stop sign. I slow down to see if he will let me pass. It was sunny so I couldn't see the driver but since he stopped so suddenly at the intersection I thought that he was letting me go. So, I proceed into the intersection and all of the sudden he gasses it sending me over the hood of his car and I end up in the street. I quickly got up and I was fine. My bike was okay too. The driver just sat in his car saying profainities under his breath and NOT even asking me if I was alright. He was so worried about his damn car, so he gets out and is looking at the damage (which is a few scrapes around the bumper and the headlight) and I apologize and he gets back into his car and leaves. I live in New York and I know that the pedestrian has the right of way, but was this my fault or his?

..... or can only beneficaries have access to them? If they are available to the public, is there a central office where they are housed and do you need to obtain special permission to look at them?

There are 2 ways to increase your wealth. One of them is through force, which includes crime, war, government handouts etc. The other is through voluntary mutually-agreed-upon trade.

Which of these is more efficient? Which one is the moral choice?

(and now for the mindblower part) ....but the boy did not know that there was an adult male hidding in the closet (possibly recording) and watching this take place for the man and womans sexual pleasure. I just found out about this and it happened approx 4-5 years ago in Texas. The boy did not know about the man in the closet who is twice the age of the woman and he is a district judge as well. Should they both be in trouble even though the boy wanted to have sex with the lady he was still only 16. And if so who could I tell because the authorities in this town are not willing to confront them for fear of losing their jobs. Serious answers only please this really bothers me.

We have some neightbors and they are total asses and they constantly call the cops on us. This last time the cops said it was illegal to play ANY kind of game in the street. We live in a very small subdivision and there is only one outlet so there isn't a lot of traffic besides the people that live there. Is that true, or is he bullshitting us? Chicago, illinois area. Is there any way we can fight this?

I am sick of seeing celebrities get a small slap on the wrist for breaking the law. Paris with her measly 23 days in jail, Lindsey Lohan's crap and now Nicole Ritchie gets 4 DAYS for driving under the influence of drugs. She was on the wrong side of the highway cuz she was so high for crying out loud. What is this teaching our youth??!? Who can we write to protest this bulls**t? Does anyone know?

THEY don't give a flying u know what that I'm miserable & I'm better off dead. They don't care that nobody loves me & I'm all alone every night. Next time: which might be tonight: NO1 will stop me!

I am scheduled to testify at a deposition for a personal injury/auto accident. I am the injured person. I am just curious to know what happens at a deposition. Has anyone ever testified at one? How long does it take? I did a little research and I have read that they can sometimes be really drawn out and unpleasant.
