Hi, yess i know what your thinking im insane, but it's true for the past couple of days, i have been working for 13 hours a day and i am only 15 years old!! I tried to get a job at petmart, me and the manager talked for an hour, and the last question she asks me is my age??? She should have before, i said 15 she said she won't hire me. That kinda seems fair, only it took an hour, the job was done and i was just about to get it??? Well that is acceptable but what isin't is the fact that now that i have no alternative job, i have to go back working in the killing frying hot sun, with no means of protection from it, except what you can do for youseld at home (they dont give any form of protection, tents or anything) The job is berry picking, usually it is that you work how many hours u want right? But it is very different. They expect u to wait 13 hours, because the truvk to weigh our berries comes at 8:30pm and we usually start work at 7:00am or 7:30. Is this legal? (Con't in details!)

My wife was served a summons for court today. In the papers This place claims that she owes them almost 700.00. Well we've been paying on this the past few months and my record shows it being down to just under 300.00. The claimed, at the time of filing, that they recieved no payments and have to payment history. So i sent my wife to pay a fee to get us up to date. Well she got there and they pulled up the agreement and found out that the balance they had WAS wrong and we were right. We were told we still need to appear in court and that they will tell the judge that they made the mistake, that we have been paying all along. Will i still get charged a fee , even though we really have no business being there after all??

I have a claim that I refuse to pay and my insurance doesn't want to cover. It is not a "recurring problem" but the insurance company wants to think so in order to not cover. Can someone tell me what the statues of limitations are in order to remove this eventually off of my credit and or to write to my creditors to eventually have removed?

I am a student in a state university in southern California. I live on campus. The housing department has charged me an "optional" activity fee but they have not put on any actvities this quarter.

I want my money back.
What does California and Federal law say about getting a refund for fees that were not put to their stated use? Can use state the code and subsection?

I have been trying to cancel my gym membership but they refuse to accept the cancellation request and insist I continue to pay monthly fees.
I cancelled the direct debit.
The contract says failure to adhere to the agreement will result in them cancelling my membership
A failure to adhere is non payment of fees.
I haven't paid the fees so should they be cancelling me?
Also the last paragraph of the contract says
"This contract is subject to English Law and the parties agree that the English Courts have jurisdiction to deal with dispute"
I am in Scotland so can I use this as a get out clause?
Help!

A relative of mine has a court date tomorrow. His house was raided by the FBI a few months ago. They went through every nook and cranny of the house and found various hanguns, firearms, and ammo. They took a complete inventory list of everything, leaving a copy of this behind which I now have in my possession. The documents being presented in court tomorrow show a completely different number of items, than what is on the inventory list. The number they are showing now is actually lower than what was originally written, but my question is this: Since the numbers are so way off, should the documents still be credible? It seems as if numbers were just made up, and if that is the case....there should be no case. Please, if you have any info, or documentation where this has been a factor in the past, let me know ASAP. Our future rests on any help you can provide. Thank you.

My soon to be ex is a frequent user of cocaine, marajuana, alcohol, and I don't know what else. Him and his girlfriend just OD'd about a week and a half ago on cocaine. I stopped visitation. Now, we have court in a few days for the orders of protection I have filed and also he has requested visitation with our child. So, his lawyer has been told that he has to take a hair follicle test per my lawyer and my instructions.
My question is, has anyone been in a similar situation? What happens if he refuses the test? Will the judge make him? Do those hair detox kits really work?

I have been denied (more like very very discouraged) of getting tested for learning disabilities which I attempted to do when I was a freshman in highschool, now I am a senior and my gpa is extremely low and learning for me is extremely difficult. I cannot gain acceptance into any college local, private, public, whatever none. Is it possible to sue the highschool or dispute the GPA and have them raise the GPA or what are my options?

I really would like to pursue higher education but no college (cc, public, private) are accepting me. what are my options?

I have been receiving telephone calls from legal processing associates in austin tx. stating that I owe a payday loan company from 2 years ago and that if I don't send them $1350 today, they are going to issue a warrant for my arrest. They have called my father, sister, and brother and told them all the same thing. this company is listed on ripoffreport. com, and many other people are saying the same thing. Do i have the right to press charges on them for threatening me and harrassing me and my family? They are in Texas and I live in KY.

Hello,

I was thinking about anti-trust legislation and is not very clear for me.

For example, if I invent a revolutionary product, patent it and then open a factory to produce it, which would be the only one producing that product, will I have to sell my patent to competitors so that they will also be able to produce that product? Is this something that needs to be done in order to compy with the US and european anti-trust laws?

Thanks,
W

As you ask! and as you receive!!

Is there anyone here that realise's all the information that you transfer
for or against is being monitored, recorded and used to get a picture of you and your views on
life itself!! ie. Yahoo is not "Big Brother" (The Collector) "We did not ask you for information
you willingly gave" you have a free choice and submitted it for our "DATABASE" which we willl
and can use now or later in the future. Take care, to all!!!
