I have been denied (more like very very discouraged) of getting tested for learning disabilities which I attempted to do when I was a freshman in highschool, now I am a senior and my gpa is extremely low and learning for me is extremely difficult. I cannot gain acceptance into any college local, private, public, whatever none. Is it possible to sue the highschool or dispute the GPA and have them raise the GPA or what are my options?

I really would like to pursue higher education but no college (cc, public, private) are accepting me. what are my options?

Your options are few if any at all. You said you were denied nothing [more like very, very discouraged] so what would your complaint be. High school was very, very discouraging to me too.

You have no case. You must pay for the evaluation yourself. You didn't do it. The school only has to provide you with an education. If you don't establish that you have special needs, you are SOL. Your options are to apply to a junior college or community college. You can indeed get in. You will probably have to take sub-standard classes to be fully admitted. Most community colleges offer this type of a program. Just ask the admissions offices about them.

At the expense of coming off as a total jerk, I have to say you screwed yourself here. You can't sue them into raising your GPA because you have no case against them. The reason your GPA is so low is because you were worried about whatever discouraged you from testing for a learning disability. This kind of situation is exactly why you are shown videos telling you not to cave to peer pressure and the like.

Well going to a community college is not his option as I read. I am also in the same problem. So I am also concerned about getting college.

go to the local community college. they will make you take placement exams. you will take them. depending on how you do, you could be submitted for testing. you can even request it, in writing. they will test you, they have to. if you have a learning disability, they will give you services and you can transfer to a university once you are brought up to college level course work and you have taken your GE that you need. its up to you. you will have to work hard for a few years at the community college. go and do it no more complaining!

I think a community college is the way to go most colleges have services for disabilites and most of the time you can transfer to a university I think it's something worth checking into! Good luck :)
