Yeah I saw somebody the other day sitting under a no smoking sign at a train station in London smoking a ***! Also in Stoke-on-Trent the council made a **** up with the new law and so it can't go ahead until August 2nd. There calling it smoke-on Trent!!

Any law that can easily be broken and undetected is a bad law
If Gordon realy wants to be re-elected he knows what he has to do
A bit of compromise all round will make everyone happy
In order to get a sensible solution all smokers should boycott as far as possible, all pubs, clubs,football grounds,bingo halls,and even change jobs or go on dole until the large companies are suffering. 6 months should do it

I've seen people breaking the law but I haven't seen anyone het caught.
Apart from Charlse Kennedy and I heard he got let of with a warning.

I work in a hotel,this foreign customwer whos a regular,hasn't been here for 2weeks and didn't realise about the ban,had to tell him off haha!!

I have no clue where, but I am willing to bet the first violation was in progress when the law took effect.

i see people breaking the ban every day inside bus stops, train stations etc. its not really that easy to make sure no-one smokes in these areas
