These are all the SPAMS we all recv everyday. These emails say that they have a LOT OF MONEY which they want to GIVE AWAY to us or use our account to transfer and then we pay them back certain percentage...etc etc...

Who sends these emails? What do they get out of it? Are they trying to help the terrorists to pass on their black money from our bank accounts? How do we get trapped in such an operation?

These emails mostly come from Africa or UK. So, do these countries have many 'idle' people who have nothing to do and so they keep on sending such emails worldwide?

If we give out our bank details to such emailers, what will happen to us? Will we get the money? Or will we get trapped?

If this was you, or your child, would u take it to court?

Everyone has to pay for insurance so they can see a doctor. However, what do the illegal immigrants do who don't have the money to see a doctor or insurance to pay for their visits? Why should we be burdened with high insurance premiums so these people can get free doctor visits?

If I feel I am being bullied at work, my supervisor or manager has been mean and unfair to me, and there are people who have witnessed these facts, if there are videos throughout my workplace that can be reviewed to support my claim. What's the correct way to report this person? Who do you go to first? do you contact the helpline or the boss at your workplace? and if it doesn't work, who do you contact next?. Thanks.

My dad is in the final stages of brain cancer. My hubby is worried that my mom, who's a b1+¢h, will try to contest the will and make a claim on the insurance. I want to make sure my step-mom(whom I love) will not have to fret about her. The two of them have been married for 21 years. There's a lot of insurance money involved, and my step-mom deserves every dime of that money.

Any ideas???

A therapist that says that it's OK for someone to abuse me, JUST because it's THEIR house, & that if I don't like it then leave. & she tried to tell me that I should ignore the abuse. Now how could you ignore someone who's taking your disability checks & beating on you? Can you ignore the fact that you have a black eye & a busted lip & all your money is taken away from you & you have no public transportation money for school?

The collection company said it was just sold to them to collect on. It's been 5 YEARS! They said that the hospital never made an attempt to collect on it and just sent it to them.
It really sucks because 3 years ago I took out a loan and paid all my medical bills off that were in collections and such and I thought the nightmare was finally over.

Since our country is engaged in a war on terror and we know, or should know, that there are terrorists in our country illegally (see Congressional Report, "A Line in the Sand," *), if Congress grants blanket legalization or amnesty to all illegal aliens at this time, isn't that treason?

If not, why not?

So far, no member of Congress (House or Senate), the Justice Department, the US Attorney's Office, or the White House will touch this question with a borrowed hand, the chicken$#|+ jackals!

I ask because although many legal systems are built on the premise that we are 'innocent until proven guilty', why is it when something happens the victim is dragged through the mud, so that in the end the perpetrator is made out to be the victim? What do we need to recity in our constitutions?

Granted I enjoy a good sporting event as much as the next guy/girl, but I have always assigned income rates to the value of any job. Since the President has the highest value it should have the highest pay.

It was September 11, 1857. A wagon train of 160 settlers on their way to California was massacred by a bunch of Mormons dressed in Indian clothes. 17 children under the age of 8 were spared and lived to tell their story.
1st. They dressed as Indians but after five days they changed tactics.
2nd. Then they went a bit away ,dressed back into normal clothes and acted like the Rescue Party who had negotiated a deal with the"Indians".
3rd, Then confiscated all the guns as part of the deal for "saving" the travellers and Mormon dissidents( who were the reason for the attack in the first place).
4th. Took everybody off a mile or so and shot them all. 2 men got away but were eventually tracked down and killed a day or so later.
5th. Took the 17 children they had not killed back with them to Salt Lake City.
6th. Got away with it. After a publicized trial, with the childrens own testimony admitted into the court, only 1 man was convicted and shot, John D. Lee. ( pardoned by Church 1960)

It ended up being called the Mountain Meadows Massacre. The first time in U.S. history that U.S. citizens were massacred on U.S. soil by religious wackos. This event is even more significant because the total U.S. population at the time was much smaller.(I dont know the exact numbers, maybe only 30 million or so) In todays numbers it would be around 1400 dead.

This really pissed me off! My boss had a subordinate ask him if he could learn some things about big budgets by helping him.The boss granted him usage of the budget past and present and had him develop the budget for heating and cooling needs for the year. The subordinate went and accessed everyones pay rate, cause none of us talk about that stuff,it is personal.plus our pay rates are all over the place, some have been there thirty plus years and some new arrivals at only 1 year. Now the guy goes around laughing, taunting and bragging that he makes more than them.My question is ,Is this illegal or just unethical,I can't believe I find it hard to believe that this behavior would even be acceptable.I would really appreciate some input on this sensitive issue.
