This man 'z' do not make any complaint about it ;
instead he arrives at that office on sunday ,
for getting his documents issued too.
He stands in a line at 10th number for that work, as soon as that government officer takes money from third person in the line; suddenly police comes there & catches the officer red handed.
HERE THIS MAN 'z' HAS NOT GIVEN ANY MONEY to that government officer....
Will this man 'z' also be responsible for abetment of offence of bribery same way as those 3 people are ...who have given money to that government officer?

During the republican debates the candidates were asked what they would do if a group of terrorists were captured, if they would endorse torturing them to get more infomation. Is this ethical? I am not a republican, nor a democrat. I'm a registered independent, and I couldn't be in any more support of torturing these terrorists. Although it sounds awful, the pain of these men is bad, but what about the long term? What about the war the bombings would inevitably lead to? What about the mother's getting notified their son was just killed in the war? I say the emotional torture, and anguish of loosing a loved one is far worse than any physical pain anyone can give me.

This almost happened to me last night, I was wondering if there is anything I can do in case that ever happens? I am living out of state this summer, and it would have been a huge pain to have to go back to Indiana to get a new drivers license.

Do you think he is innocent but negligent simply thinking it was OK for him to travel, and go on his honeymoon, or is the fact that he flew back to Canada from europe before driving back into US, makes his guilt premeditated? Do you think it is fair that he was broadcasted like an international terrorist? Or was he plain irresponsible, not meaning bad?

Let's say you book a rental online. You choose an economy car. When you get to the car rental agency, they tell you that all the economy cars are out so they give you a free upgrade to a mid-sized car. If the mid-sized car is stolen during your rental, do you have to pay for the price of the mid-sized car, or do you pay only the cost of an economy car, since you requested an economy car?

this sounds to me like a whole new scam from the liberal slash public sector..where nimrods can carve out careers in the name of a subjective platitude and do nothing to add to the supply of goods and services in their life.

they take studies from like-minded public-funded eternal students..perpetuating their studies and turn them into
blackmail on the business community..

there is a segment of people who feel they can create their own purview..add to that the legions of political appointed judges who fuel this mentality..all they will do is add to the cost of everything..be passionate or at least smug in thinking they are smarter than everyone else.

absolute scourge..Greenhouse gasses..CO2..what is next is human emmissions will be sued..

these people need real jobs..but they have Mexicans to work as their slaves when they need the services they are too good to produce.

The offer letter also stated guarrentee home sale and relocation to city. I did fullfill my side . Company did not do their part. I am currently working for company. I did let company know that they did not do their part in selling our home or buying it. Company did send a corporate person to talk with us. They asked us to hold off in contacting a lawyer. now we do not get any respond from them. Does any one know what can be done? Do we have any legal recourse? Is a offer letter a Contract? One more thing Company relocated us to diffrent city and all this happened within a 4 week time frame. Thank you

Ok I called the 1800 number on the Direct Tv Website and all I do is get transferred to Asia. I keep telling the rep to transfer me to a service rep in the United States and they say they can't do that. I have a severe issue with Direct Tv and in order to get it resolved I need a direct Tv head quarters in the US---NOT ASIA . I have recoreded three programs from the Direct TV Guide menu that are PG-13 movies for kids and when I go play them back to watch with my kids I get pornography movies. Its horrible and I want to do something about it but trying to get hold of direct TV in the US is impossible. Any Suggestions?

I'm writing a paper in law and we are to include the Psychological Concepts that occurred in the court case we went to. Does anyone know for sure what examples of this would be? It was a simple case so I don't think much of this occurred but I would like examples just in case I'm not including something. TIA

I had an arraignment date for a charge in court over a year ago...the DA kept delaying it, with NCF (no charges filed). Finally after a year, the court dropped if from the calendar, whatever that means. Now I discover, without me knowing about it, that it went back on calendar, I missed the court date last week, (of which I knew nothing about), but of course I kept every previous court date (9 of them in a year) waiting for charges to be filed by the DA.. Now I have a felony arrest warrant, etc etc etc, no bail, all that stuff because I wasnt present in court on a date I knew nothing about. How do I go about handling this without being thrown in jail for who knows how long?????

I started the process of getting my marriage annulled and needed to serve my wife with a summons who has recently moved out. She was avoiding to tell me where she lived. I found out that my wife was living in a gated community. My friend and I went in through a car access gate that was open and walked in to go to her apartment to serve her. I contacted the manager for help in the service, but the manager claims that I was trespassing and asked me and my friend to leave. The police got involved (the manager and I called them). My friend eventually served her in front of the police officers. I was not present when the service was done.

Is the service valid?

He is an enrolled Tribal member and has an anual income of aprox. 500,000.00. The Tribe is aware of his negligence but refuse any assistance. How can I collect on this past due obligation of about 200,000.00? Dept. of child support has no services available. Private attorneys have no ability either. What can I do to change this, and finally collect what he owes to me?

He ignored medical advice not to travel to Europe. Even worse, when told that he had a multi-drug resistant form of TB that could be contagious, he ignored INSTRUCTIONS (not advice) to go into isolation and to NOT fly, choosing instead to fool his government by taking two international flights then driving over the border - putting dozens, if not hundreds of other lives at risk in the process. And the guy's a lawyer! Okay, he may claim not to have broken any laws, but in my opinion his actions were criminal.
