MY mother wanted to know what had happened to my uncle's savings account after he had died. He had named my grand mother as his benificuary in case he died. Both have passed away, but no will was left. My mother thinks that somthing is not right that the bank, because they will not give her any information of any sorts. They keep telling her that it is not any of her business and that it does not concern her. There is no other living relative and the bank will not give her any reasons to why she cannot get information. Is the bank right?
