If you try this, WHEN you get caught (not if WHEN) you will be chucked off e-bay, they will trace who you are and you will get done for fraud.

If you sell something that is not what you say it is, and know that it is not what you say it is, it is fraud. When you use ebay to do it, it becomes a federal crime.

You'd probably be OK if you sold facsimiles as a novelty and fully disclosed them as such, but I can't imagine who would want one.
