He ignored medical advice not to travel to Europe. Even worse, when told that he had a multi-drug resistant form of TB that could be contagious, he ignored INSTRUCTIONS (not advice) to go into isolation and to NOT fly, choosing instead to fool his government by taking two international flights then driving over the border - putting dozens, if not hundreds of other lives at risk in the process. And the guy's a lawyer! Okay, he may claim not to have broken any laws, but in my opinion his actions were criminal.

Yes,he should. He knowingly put people in risk of contracting a potentially fatal disease. He only thought of himself.
I hope alot of people get their own personal injury lawyer and sue him. I'm sure if this case came to him,he would take it and sue the person for millions.

I also agree. He willing put other peoples lives in danger so he could, "get to Denver for his only shot." He may have given someone else a death sentence because they sat next to him. His actions are criminal, and I hope he gets sued into the ground.

I also hope that while he is laying in his bed at the fancy hospital that he may have murdered people to get to, they make him watch reruns of the Roseanne Bar show over and over and over again.

He knew exactly what he was doing. He purposely flew to Canada so he could sneak back into the US. He knew he shouldn't fly home on a commercial flight, he did it anyway.

I hope no one has to lose their life because of this uncaring man.

I think you are missing something to the story. He was not told he could not fly. He was advised he probably shouldn't but they had never said flying was out of the question. He had been told, over and over again, that he was safe to fly. I don't think anyone would knowingly go thru what he has; I believe he was told he was not contagious and that he was not told to not fly.

Oh, come on folks, let's be honest here. You want him in jail because he traveled with TB or because he is a lawyer?

We should wait for more evidence to come up. I don't think it is fair for everyone to jump to conclusions. What exactly was he told...what exactly wasn't he told...there is still so much out there that we don't know.
