I'm writing a paper in law and we are to include the Psychological Concepts that occurred in the court case we went to. Does anyone know for sure what examples of this would be? It was a simple case so I don't think much of this occurred but I would like examples just in case I'm not including something. TIA

Many people are intimidated just thinking of going in to a court room let alone being in one. There is a certain amount of fear that those who are there for judgment might not get what it is they are hoping for. The judge having all the power is another thing that bothers people. The judge sits high up in the middle of the room looking down on the defendants. These are just a couple of psychological sets I have noticed.

Are you talking about mental state which is required in order to convict people of some crimes. For example, some crimes require intent. Others require only knowledge that injury would occur. Still others require only recklessness.
