He was convicted on circumstance, not evidence. I don't care if he is guilty or not.

personally i don't think he should be released...i know lawyers from the firm that represented him if they couldn't get him off...he should be where he is at...the other part to this is i am sick and tired of people getting released for stupid stuff when everyone KNOWS they did it...everything is there...obviously there wasnt a doubt in the jury's mind...so...i have to say...bye bye lard a** to Mr. Peterson

Scott Peterson is a piece of **** and someone will end up killing him in jail for what he did. I think he should stay until that happens.

Circumstance? It's not as though they never found a body (bodies). Leave him in jail. He thought he was smart but he clearly could not get away with murder.
