Surely the METS staff know that a visibly drunk man is a danger to others and should be removed. But on the other hand the man shouldn't have gotten himself intoxicated.

My friend is looking into an annulment because her husband of 11 months has recently been diagnosed with narcissistic personality disorder, which creates a wide variety of difficulties in their marriage. Had she known he had this mental disorder, she would not have married him. Due to her religious convictions, she would rather seek an annulment than a divorce (she knows that a no-fault divorce world be cheaper and easier). Would this disorder qualify under the "unsound mind" justification for annulment?

I paid for a massage gift certificate online. It was from what seemed like a reputable site and I paid through PayPal. I have several emails between myself and the owner of the spa and she has assured me numerous times that the certificate was "in the mail". Needless to say, almost two months later and fifteen emails after the fact, no certificate has been sent. She acknowledges this.

My question is, since begging, pleading, asking for a refund, etc has not produced any results, would I be within my rights to begin posting my personal experience with this company on various newspaper and internet outlets or would that be considered libel ?

I know for a fact that if marijuana became legal i for one would smoke it everyday. Not only for recreation but also for the help it gives me for my back pain. Also I believe that people should be smoking the buds instead of going out and getting drunk then driving home and risking there lives and others. Any thoughts?

If she does not know when her licence suspended or that she has no lights on when driving at night then she should not be driving she is a danger to the public.
Would you not know about your licence and your lights if you were a responsible driver.

My cousin has been removed by the court as an executor of my aunts's will, but she is still living in the decedent's house without permission. We need to sell the house to pay off the beneficiaries. As the new executor, can I just tell her to leave and escort her off the property? Or do I have to formally evict her?

the title company I hired became aware of some guy that has been dead for generations, had a 1/6th interest in my new property. I guess they need t Bear in mind the title company had deemed the title clear, set the closing date and all that happy horse mauer 2 weeks ago. Now at the last minute this. They are trying an 11th hour deal on this, [I guess to see if anybody in the estate of this long dead guy will sign off or settle....if they even exist. I've given my landlord notice, packed my stuff and also I have spent a few grand on this deal [down payment, repairs. I am in it to my neck! Are n't the title people theones who should swing on this. Why would a title insurance company clear a title if their were question to someone even laying claim/ Thanks for any help. Also can I sue the title company for putting me in this position?

Housing association, replacing my kitchen. I dont have access to use my gas cooker, kitchen sink neither the electric in kitchen, as it has been all removed.
My family was forced to eat out yesterday, however today we eat from the floor of our lounge with a microwave and bathroom sink to wash the dishes in. It comes worse, as they plan to not refit till next week.

My boyfriend and i just moved into our first apartment a month ago. We were told that they preferred payment with a money order and it was to be sent to the P.O box address we were given. We made our first payment for the remainder of our deposit in the middle of april and everything went smoothly. On the 25th we mailed the money order for $865 that was due may first for mays rent. Yesterday morning we recieved a a 3 day notice to pay rent or quit for the amount of $820....not even the right amount of rent. I spent all day yesterday calling and never speaking to anyone. I left messages, then finally someone called and i missed it but recieved a message saying they never recieved it. I talked to western union and put a stop payment since they informed me the money order had not been cashed, i started the refund process but it takes a few weeks. I don't know what to do,and have yet to get ahold of anyone. Do i have any rights that keep me from being evicted?

I bought a vehicle and specifically asked the dealer if the car had been in any accidents. He informed me that it had been in a MINOR accident in which a deer was hit at very low speed and it only slightly damaged the front passenger side panel. He said there was no frame damage of any kind, and all they did was replace that panel. I have since learned after wrecking the car and having it fixed that the car had previously been totaled. So the dealer lied to me and I have been told there is a Federal Law called the Used Car Rule that states this information must be disclosed to the buyer in writing. I cant find this anywhere can some one please help.

Seeming as judges won't send them to cells (over crowding) why not just remove their john thomas? It would be a very embarassing punishment, and ensures no more funny business... could do the same with peado's, if they're the tip to 'get off' from the pictures.

She was hit while in her parked car and suffered whiplash. She must do therapy about 3 times a week and she's suffering from depression because she can't sleep due to pain and she's getting migraines more often. She's very stressed and often hurting! She's being wooed by many, many lawyers but hasn't taken any steps yet towards a lawsuit. If she does, how much could she expect to get, assuming it's settled out of court, which I would guess will be what happens. ??

you are preparing for trial and must select a jury for a domestic violence case. What kind of jurors are you trying to eliminate or perhaps prevent the other side from eliminating from the jury panel? you can argue from the prosecutor's and/or defense attorney's perspective.
