There is no way to tell, Really the law enforcement. Does not worry with such things.

spend the extra cash and either fly to las Vegas then go to one of the places out side town or fly to Amsterdam

never speak plain english. Always use suggestion and euphamism. If she doesn't seem to get it and wants you to say it out loud she's a cop or a con. Never write anything down. Don't ever hand her money, leave it on a table. Let her pick it up later or whatever. Takes a bit of trust on both sides i imagine.

what type of escort service? if its in the yellow pages then that kind is ok, but if its more of an under ground then no and most real true escort services where men or women only need dates to look good then its ok but for sex no real true escort service would allow that

Don't! The law allows these people to exist so that they can make money and use the services themselves. Just like drugs. If they really wanted to stop these things, they could. but then they wouldn't have as many people to fine and throw in jail to make money. Go to the bar and spend the same amount of money buying drinks, its safer.
