The Republic installed this policy (Henry Anslinger) on the democracy. As in a few does to many.Based on illogic and racism.Hence a race crime based on profiling. Now that the tobacco industry has been able to establish itself as the primary addictive social custom in America and the world one begins to wonder if the international observer will question trust in the federal government.

Illegal? Isn't that a sick bird? Come live in NY with me. Just about everything is illegal here. Unfortunately the majority doesn't seem to want marijuana to be legal.

Ask yourself, "Do you REALLY want to be out on the highway with people who are allowed to smoke all the pot they want?"
We live in a democracy which means the majority rules. The majority of people don't want marijuana legalized. The kind of government you're talking about is called anarchy (where people are allowed to do anything they want to do). I surely don't want to live in a place like that.

Yes.
We elect people to make our laws - and we elect people who make sure that this stuff remains illegal in an attempt to cut down on the number of losers.
