At the time the child support order was issued he was not married, nor living with anyone and he makes pretty good money. He and his ex were not married, they had just lived together for some time, so there were no other orders issued at the time. Now we have a child and are getting married this saturday. His child support is WAY HIGH, more than our mortgage and electric bill combined and we're having a hard time making ends meet. I am wondering if anyone out there, espically in Ohio (which is where we live) has had experience with this same situation.
Thanks and God Bless!!

If I wrote in my blog anonymously on an obscure site that someone in my family smoked pot one time and a crazy and vengeful family member saw it and recognized it as me, could they call the cops and search my parent's house? I don't want my family to be bothered by this nut.

My sister was involved in a four car pile-up yesterday on route 51 leading into Pittsburgh, Pa. Everyone started driving away, but my sister made the lady she rear-ended stay until police got there. I'm not sure about what happened after the wreck. But today, just an hour ago, an "insurance agent" from the women called my sister. He said the conversation was being recorded and demanded that my sister answer questions. She did. Was it illegal for that insurance guy to do this? He was threatening my sister that if she didn't answer the questions that he would use the tape as evidence. What should my sister do without really getting a lawyer?

I have (well, had) a great teacher who one day simply didn't come in to class. He has been gone for about a week now. The administration says that he "had a break down" because one of his classes was extremely bad, but inside sources say that he left because the administration forced him. The school has had similar problems ever since the administration changed last year. I want to go to the press with the school's corruption, does anybody know what evidence I will need to allow the news to report on what's happening?

Teacher. For yesterday's exams, I was one of the examiners. Thought my timetable said 1 o' clock when it was 10 o'clock. No show. The boss called, livid as hell. She pointed out that I had made a grave professional error and she could not overlook it. Still, I didn't think I would get fired. I wrote a letter of apology to all the other teachers and included her. She'd had to examine the students for me, so I accepted total responsibility and said there was no excuse, but stressing that I made a mistake...meaning that I didn't NOT SHOW UP on purpose. She emailed me yesterday with a notice for a 2 o'clock meeting today. Today she told me my contract was to be terminated once I completed and submited my marking, and it will not be renewed; that it's a very serious mistake and she could not pardon it; that I am unreliable, etc. Frankly, I do not think of myself as an unreliable person. Quite the contrary. I erred. And I appreciate that my mistake was serious, but... Like I said, mortified

I have a 60-year-old aunt who lives alone, a few miles outside of town. She can't drive because she lost her sight in one eye, so she has a friend who brings her groceries and things.

My aunt smokes marijuana in her home.

What she does is illegal. Why? Who is she harming?
Hers truly is a victimless crime.

Do you think it is right to criminalize her? Explain.

hope you guys can help with this one,. i have been searching for homebased clients to sell my artworks to, and i found this guy who says he would pay me every 15th and 30th day of the month for all the artworks that im going to give him, and so i believed in him and send him my works, then he gave me the first payment for the first work i did for him. to make the long story short, i just saw my "unpaid" artwork on a site and i was shocked! the artwork was copyrighted to our name and ihave all the psd and copyright certificate for that artwork but the thing is i can't afford to file a lawsuit... i asked some friends and they said that i was supposed to present them a written contract that i worked for that guy (as homebased designer). what should i do? is there a free lawyer for that?

For example:

- Problems traveling to another country (not the same country which the crime occured)?
- While in USA, if that person is asked about the criminal records, does he/she have to say anything about the records occured outside the USA?

What do you think?

Is it another example of how you can do whatever you like, as long as you have a lot of cash?
