For example - the male agrees to pay for the female to move back to where she came from with all of her belongings? Does the letter have to be type-written - with 2 people to sign as witnesses? How would the format be? Or can this just be hand -written and signed by both parties?

I need an actual answer to my question please, not sarcasm. I understand there are people out there who do not agree with couples living together prior to getting married - well, that's not the situation here. I'm asking a valid question that would matter to my situation, so please - serious answers only.

if you are just living together try writting a co-habitation agreement between the two people. its like a prenup or marriage contract, but specifically for those who are not married yet. that way if the two people do decide to get married they can use the agreement as a marriage contract for later.

but any agreement you make between the two people is valid. its not hard to take it to a court and have it sworn before the registar, therefore making it legal.

It can be hand written, but BOTH must sign it. However, this type of agreement is NOT a valid contract. This is due to public policy. It sounds like you have some pretty serious problems.

it would actually be better if it was typewritten but it definitely would have to be signed by both parties. make sure to include the date it was written, the date it was signed, and the provisions of the situation entailss. then you are set to go.

If you need this type of contract you probably shouldn't be moving in with this person. This shows a lack of trust and you should never move in with someone you do not trust.
