...let me get out of the contract. It stipulates that the injury has to be permanent. I already went to the doctor and he told me it would be stupid to continue with it cause it will further damage my knees. He signed a form but the TKD school keeps on saying the injury has to be permanent.

What can I do? Any legal action possible?

prostitutes are doing their thing ANYWAY, why not put them to good use & let them serve the inmate population on an "organized/structured prison facilities program" & give the inmates sex services. wouldnt that do some good for those caged & sexually frustrated men who crave female companionship & rape other men in prisons to relieve themselves sexually? and wouldnt it put a curb on them from being so ANGRY all the time? their sexual needs would be met by a woman, they'd get some companionship, condoms could be provided for safe sex purposes & possibly the same can be done for women in prison. and this could be organized on a regularly scheduled timeframe & possibly lower the "crimes" being committed in prison & possibly help inmates to keep their SANITY. it can be paid for by the GOVERNMENT. in the end, WE will wind up paying for it with our own tax dollars but what do any of you think about this?

My husband was deported in october. He came here illegally in may of 99. He is the father of my 3 children. He was my only income when he was deported and we almost lost everything! Does anyone know of a law or something that helped them get past a deportation?

This is not necessarily what I believe, but I am trying to see some other viewpoints. I am looking for people who are against lowering the legal drinking age from 21 years, to say, 18. I am simply wondering what your arguments are for this... why do you personally believe that it should NOT be lowered?

If it can be demonstrated that a woman has decieved a man to conceive, e.g lied about taking the pill, do you think she should still be able to sue for child support, or do you think the welfare of the child justifies rewarding an act of sexual piracy?

Also, can you think of any ethical way of resolving this issue?

Please justify your choice, and don't bother answering if all you have to say is "keep it in your pants" - that's just avoiding the question.

Hypothetically speaking, there is a nation, very comparable to the Nazis. They believe in a 'pure race', which only consists of heterosexual caucasians. Their laws prohibit the existence of anything else (i.e. they get executed immediately). Their laws prohibit a person believing in something other than science. Their laws prohibit any person helping these people and/or fighting against these laws.

OK so, I guess you know no religion is allowed and involved with these laws, so it may not be relgion related.

Now Dina is part of a group who hides the 'unpure' and fights against the laws. She was caught and arrested, but was found not guilty.

What would that law be called, that she was found not guilty of?

Do you think our current idea of punishment and our way of dealing with offenders works?

In what ways does it work, in what ways doesnt it?

After answering those two, see how your answer to the first one relates to your answer to the second, and let me know how consistent your beliefs about justice/punishment are with your perception of the reality of modern justice systems.

How could it be improved?

Sticky situation...My housemate provides daycare in her home for 8, sometimes more children (infants and toddlers) by herself. She has NO license to provide this care and more often than not, she has difficulty providing each of the children with quality care. As a mother myself, I have to say that sometimes the care given is questionable. Her income from this is incredible- over $1,000/wk. I rent a room there with my daughter and can no longer ignore the situation. What do I do?

My sister landed in a little bit of trouble. She works at a Motel and she was stripping the beds when her boss walked in and started hitting on her and grabbing her. She told him to please go away, but he insisted. She thought he had left and was getting the dirty towels from the bathroom and he trapped her and tried to kiss her. At this point she ran away and locked herself into another room where she called for help. The police told her that she can't file any sexual assult charges unless she was completly unclothed. She told him to leave, and he's done it to plenty more people. He owns an apartment complex and the people that live there, don't pay him rent. They pay him in "another way". I don't think it's right that she had to have been completly unclothed. Can you give me some more information?

Someone vandalized my property and I got them to sign a police report admitting to it. We had our lawyer write up a contract of repayment that she signed. The lawyer didn't add to that contract any terms or consequences of her not paying which has happened. I wanted to know when I could start charging interest from and the maximum amount I could charge her.

Thanks

In other words, what does the prosecutor have to to prove in order to win a conspiracy case.. For example, on a case were the charge is conspiracy of money laundry. And what is the deference of a charge of "conspiracy of money laundry" and a charge of just simple "money laundry"?
