Hi I needed some help on case briefing this case in my law class. I just need facts of the case. What issue was appealed and the reasoning regarding the decision. Thank you

I suggest that you first start by reading the decision. You can find the decision in its entirity on findlaw.com.

In most US Supreme Court decisions, both the head notes and the introduction to the opinion give the essential facts of the case as well as the opinions of the lower courts which were appealed. You will find that information in this case. That way, we aren't doing your homework for you, and you are learning how to read a supreme court case.
