if you husband was deported solely for being in the country illegally and did not commit a crime and was deported following incarceration (something only you know) he has an appeals process available - buy, i hate the but part - he has to do this from his homeland. meaning he has to contact the american embassy where he is and apply for entry. you can certainly assist the matter with a hardship motion but usually it does not help a lot. good luck

It's against the law to cross borders or overstay visas without permission. It's against the law to avoid deportation once ordered to leave. It's against the law to re-enter if you've ever been deported. And it's against the law to recruit, hire, harbor or encourage those lawbreakers.
He could check into amnesty, but the chance of that happening are a long-shot. Your children will be adults and you will have worked for many years before he is allowed to legally enter again.

Sorry, but you made a bad choice for a husband. HE BROKE THE LAW, now he has to follow the guide lines like everone else who wants to be a U.S. citizen. Tell your kids the truth.

Go home, you should be legal there.
If you must stay, pay your taxes (not just social security), pay for health insurance, don't break the law, and you will have my support 100%.
