Hypothetically speaking, there is a nation, very comparable to the Nazis. They believe in a 'pure race', which only consists of heterosexual caucasians. Their laws prohibit the existence of anything else (i.e. they get executed immediately). Their laws prohibit a person believing in something other than science. Their laws prohibit any person helping these people and/or fighting against these laws.
OK so, I guess you know no religion is allowed and involved with these laws, so it may not be relgion related.
Now Dina is part of a group who hides the 'unpure' and fights against the laws. She was caught and arrested, but was found not guilty.
What would that law be called, that she was found not guilty of?

She was well not exactly caught, but someone er, ratted her out. She was found not guilty due to lack of evidence and how she seemed to support the role of a 'pure' woman in society. Thus the judge bought her story and she was freed.
