Here in Cardiff Wales United Kingdom,we have a very well known world wide children's toy store, and I noticed when I last had to go in there(I only go in there as a last resort)to get my nephew a birthday present,it was that not only the most unchild friendly store I been to,and it was more like a ware house than a toy store, but the worse thing I saw, was only one check out was open, all the rest where closed off with a electronic gate with a sign "EMERGENCY EXIT",and behind the gates on each closed check out was about twenty/thirty shopping trollies/carts. surely this is breaking health and safety laws as all emergency exits have to be clear. is there anything I can do about it?

I wonder if this is the same in other chains of this well know childrens toy store?

7 years ago I was convicted of interfering with a small flock of sheep. I was of course innocent as although the prosecutions case was quite conclusive, they did not take into account that it was I that was co-erced by a very sweet talking ewe - we both had too much to drink etc etc etc.

The reason I ask is that I am in line for a job at a pet shop and I am concerned that it might show up if they do a check on me.

Any advice?

I suppose this is a philosophical question. Without doubt, IMO, it's daft not to wear these safety devices.
However, should it be illegal for adults to choose to behave in a way that only risks themselves? Dangerous sports and riskier lifestyle choices such as heavy drinking and smoking are legal after all.
Your views?

When the law comes in later this year on the smoking ban the government are hoping to get the public to quit the habit but they make a lot of money from smokers in taxation so where do you think that money shortfall will come from.
I'll tell you where the tax payer in one form or another. I am a smoker and will not be giving up,why should i we do not live in a dictatorship but its getting that way and soon the government will want to control everything that we do. Maybe we should start carrying our papers around with us now like in germany during the war so the police can stop us at any time and demand to see them and cart us off if we dont have them with us.
If we accept this ban it will escalate to no smoking anywhere and before you know it they will be able to imprison you for doing it.
Whatever happened to human rights and the freedom to choose what you do with your own body.

Why aren't illegitimate births outlawed? THIS is what should be outlawed, not gay marriage. 4 out of 10 children born in this country last year were BASTARDS. How sick is that? We need to start weeding out unstable and unfit parents, and we can solve a big part of the problem by reducing illegitimate births- breaking an awful cycle.

This is a serious question are there too many chinese people in high ranking positions in the australian government and are they communist and loyal to china first?Labor leader Kevin Rudds daughters boyfriend and husband to be have any communist ties and will this marriage between Kevin Rudds daughter and her chinese boyfriend sway Kevin Rudds opinion towards the australian society and what a true australian family is ?There is not enough australian doctors living in australia ?its expected to visit an australian doctor not a doctor from another country with a corn flakes packet degree here in australia? Do we need more Macay doctor deaths in the health system and i think premier Beattie needs to be kicked out and let some one else run queensland as the health system in queensland is full of doctor deaths from other countrys ? I think its about time australia has a shoot to kill policy for drug dealers who kill australian childen that can become doctors?.

My ex and I were divorced 7 years ago. We were given joint custody, but he was not allowed visitation until he completed the parent clinic class: he didn't attend, but I allowed visitation anyway. This man rarely seen out son and got over 9,000 dollars behind on child support. He lied on me to social services (which I got fixed) and proceeded in court to get full custody of our son. I did not receive the summons and didn't know when court was. So he went and I didn't and he got full custody because I wasn't there. He took my son out of school the same day and put him in school in another town (I live in Ky. and he lives in In.) I went to court immediatley and was given back joint custody, but my son had to stay in that school.1year we fought in court and I took everyone with me; social services, my ex of my other children, his ex who said he raped her, and his ex wife all to no avail. Now he's back with his crazy ex (the one who went to court with me.) They have a abusive relationship.

I had some credit card and auto debt from 2001 that I have never paid off (and I don't plan to). I have stopped getting calls and notices in the mail about these debts.

1. Can they still come after me for the balances? If yes, how much time do they have left to collect?

2. When can my credit be restored, or at least used again?

Watada argues that similar to the Nuremberg trials, he does not want to committ what he interprets as an international crime simply because he "followed orders".

The Nuremberg trials disallowed this argument so how can we allow this argument now?

Is this a case of do as we say, not as we do??
