The answer is yes, you can...and...you might.

Especially if you are visiting at a private residence. Escorts who do business out of their private residences are asking for the scrutiny of neighbors.

But...you do not contract with escorts for sex, do you? You should pay her only for her time and companionship. Anything else that may occur after the escorting session is between two consenting adults.

And...as an aside...another answer is not exactly correct. Prostitution is legal according to the laws of the state of Nevada, but it is *NOT* legal according to the city ordinances of Las Vegas.

And...if ever in the custody of one of Georgia's finest...it is best to plea your 5th amendment right...again and again and again.

No in the idea of escort services is the attention of the woman not the sex. In other words she can say no to sex if she wants. The sex will be "free" , but it might make you want to use her again as an escort and masseuse. She should be knowledgeable about this and not ask for more money before she gives you more comforts. It will also help if she has a massage degree. She can ask for a good "tip" if she decides to go further.

I believe if there is money exchanged for sexual acts then there is jail time/fine. Different states have different laws though, and a good lawyer will probably be able to get charges dropped as long as there were no witnesses willing to come forward (including police), no audio, or no video - if none of those things are there however, you probably didn't get caught in the first place.

Yep. Sounds like prostitution to me . That is illegal in Georgia, no matter what you call her, or where you commit the sexual acts.

Absolutely, if she's a paid professional. Go to Vegas instead.
