This is protected speech under the constitution. You cannot threaten him or anyone, but you can call them whatever you want.
Spreading lies about a person not in the "public eye" can fall under slander charges, and can make you subject to a lawsuit, but since the president is a public figure he does not get this protection either.
As long as you do not threaten anyone, you can say whatever you want about Bush, true or not. It is a free country- that is one thing that makes it great.

No, it is not illegal to call the president a traitor, a fool, a monkey, or almost anything. The only legal limits are on appropriateness of language for the medium used.

No it is not illegal, but don't threaten him even in a joking manner.
I personally know a person that was mentally disturbed who called the White House and made threatening remarks. The next day they came to the factory where we worked, arrested him and we never saw him again.
He made the phone call from a pay phone. We are about 800 miles from DC. They were Secret Service.

No, in fact it is your duty, if you believe the President is a traitor, to call him such.
This is both free speech and true patriotism. A patriot doesn't just follow blindly, but instead looks where his country is going and protests if the elected leadership is making mistakes.

First of all, if you are not an American citizen and not living in the US, I don't believe it is illegal to call him anything provided you don't go out of acceptable decency.
But you can't call him 'traitor' in that case because traitor is the word to be used by the fellow citizens. Since you are not a citizen, you cant' use that word technically.

No. You can insult him all you wish. Some people would like to make that a crime, but it is not.
Just dont threaten him or say anything that could be remotely considered a threat.

useful, I did. I wrote to the two one among my senators and my rep. in Congress. I somewhat have been given very large replies from all of them. this is as much as us as voters to permit our public servants understand that we are indignant approximately unlawful aliens flooding into our united states.
