would they put you on jury duty 13 days before Christmas. I hate jury duty. 4 hours of sitting...Bring a book tune everyone out until you name is called...go downstairs get soemthing to eat at a one person table and go back upstairs...I was lucky I didn't get called last time...It was a murder committed by an illegal alien they gave him a lawyer and an interpreter? I mean he doesn't know he is in trouble for stabbing someone to death?...I guess this isn't really a question is it?

A home is on a one acre-lot and is on a golf course that also includes a creek and a trail along the creek. The creek runs across the north side of the property and the deed includes allowing 5 feet section of the lot where citizens are allowed to walk on the trail

What is the term for the right of citizens to walk across privately owned land on a trail? Is this right classified as appurtenant or in gross?

How much notice realistically, and legally do i have to give him? I own the house. I am asking him to move out soon because he wants his son to move in with us, I say no, this is causing a lot of tension between us, but I will probably wait till after the holidays to tell him he needs to move. There is no violence going on bewtween him and I
He has been very uncaring and inconsiderate towards me lately. he went out with his friends when I was sick, he played loud music when I was tryng to study, he invites people over without seeing what I am doing first, etc. I think all 3 of us will be happier if he leaves.
there is no lease, and the son only visits on weekends..son is 12 and emotionally, cognitively and learning disabled, with a history of violence and is not getting the help he needs, I need to remove myself from this situation.

Can some one explain why many people refer to judges as "your honor" when judges do not respect us. They abuse their power and only a few are really respectful.

Their current slogan is: "Whatever it is, you can get it on Ebay".

Very ubiquitous, these days.

Of course, nothing could be further from the truth. The laundry list of items that can - as a matter of fact - not been bought on Ebay is almost endless, as it violates their policies.

Does that spell class action lawsuit?

This question will be several parts and quite drawn out. . . . .

I have been studying this and I interperate the law like this . . .

1. You can take a picture of anything in your home and publish it, even if it's a friend nude in your shower.

2. You can publish a picture of anything that is in public view, even if it is someone who doesn't want their picture taken, if they are in public, they can't stop you.

3. You can publish an image sent to you on the internet as long as the person does not tell you not to (or does that even matter)

4. You can publish nude photos of your husband or wife even if they tell you not to because the photos arejoint property. (joint meaning they belong to both of you because you are married)

5. Unless a photo contains a copyright on it, once published, it becomes free domain and can be re-published by anyone.

I have been reading laws about this for over a week now. . . I would appreciate any clarification on this. . .

Of course, you won't report a dollar or 20 if you find it in the street.
How about $50, $100, $1,000+.
Suppose it's all wrapped with a rubber band.

Those two seem to clash. If someone has freedom of religion then doesn't that apply to school too? Doesn't really make sense to me.

My Canadien friend came back from Europe and he had two apples with him and didnt declare them because he FORGOT all about them. he had to pay $400 for faulsely declaring. and suppose he didnt forget, alot of people think that they only have to declare somthing of large quantity. Its not like he is going to re-plant the appels or somthing. I mean just take them away...why a $400 fine?

What do you think of the system they use? Is it too abusive.

You have to believe that taxes are too low, but ATM fees are too high. You have to believe that Margaret Sanger and Gloria Steinem are more important to American history than Thomas Jefferson, Gen. Robert E. Lee, Thomas Edison and A.G. Bell.
You have to believe that standardized tests are racist, but racial quotas and set-asides are not.
You have to believe that the only reason socialism hasn't worked anywhere it's been tried is because the right people haven't been in charge.
You have to believe that homosexual parades displaying drag, transvestites, and bestiality should be constitutionally protected, and manger scenes at Christmas should be illegal.
You have to believe that illegal Democratic Party funding by the Chinese Government somehow in the best interest to the United States.
You have to believe that this message is a part of a vast, conspiracy.
You have to believe that it's okay to give Federal workers off on Christmas Day but it's not okay to say "Merry Christmas."
