How do you find out if someone is in prison and if they are how to get in touch with them?

Most prisons have a site that you can go to if you know what state they are in. In arkansas it is Arkansas.gov and it will let you put in a name and it will pull up every person in jail with that name and it will tell you and address to contact.

If you know what city, you can call the courthouse or county jail and they may be able to tell you.
