Who wants to live in a country?
With no taxes for your house and car and other private property,
where people decide DIRECTLY without congress and other intermediate officials:
when to go to war
and other important issues,
where healthcare is really free
where is no unemployment for lazy
where everyone is really equal and protected by Commonwealth of citizens
where manipulation of public opinion is a crime
where to have a house for yourself and children is immediate human right?

I keep hearing about the womans' right to control her body, but these arguments completely discount the life of the fetus. Is it they believe it's not alive? Do they believe that it's not alive during the first trimester but suddenly becomes alive during the second? What about full term abortions?

I also hear much misapplying Roe v Wade. That case had nothing to do with life of a fetus and everything to do with the right to privacy so lets leave that out please.

My feet are now dreadfully swollen and sore, but they wont let me have a stool, but wont give me a reason. Also I need to go to the toilet probably every 2-3 hours (baby bladder) and my boss told me that coz i was working a 5 hour shift I didnt get a break, I told her I really needed to go, and she got really mad at me. Is there anything wrong with this?

...perhaps this is why prostitution in the UK is looked down upon - what about lasses who walk the streets to pay bills, or even dress their wee bairns for school. High class lasses, huh...what do they do it for? Certainly not for a line of cocaine. What we all should do ignore the populist press for once in a while...but being Britain, it seems to be a case of 'no can do' - why are we eager to twin drugs and prostitution when (like with most things...even immigration) there are parts of the question which we tend to ignore, staying with the usual cliches bestowed upon us by the red-tops?

I requested a modification of existing child support order.I live in california. On the notice of motion, the Petitioner/Plaintiff is the county where my ex resides.I am listed under the Respondent/Defendant, and my ex is listed under "other parent." First of all, isn't my ex supposed to be the petitioner? An already completed "request for order and supporting declaration" and "response to governmental notice of motion or order to show cause" forms were attached and I have no idea what I'm supposed to do with these forms. Can someone please share with me step by step instructions regarding what I must do? On the order to show cause form, I believe I'm supposed to respond to the requests the court made in the other form I stated, so if the courts made no requests in orders for the parentage, health insurance, fees, property restraint, do I put that "I do consent to the order requested" or would I leave the box unchecked? They are forms FL-685 & FL 684.I have a hearing date already. PlsHelp

I am a US citizen. From summer of '06, I have a drug offence for which I served the sentence (only a month...not too bad) and was deported from Canada. Last month, I was caught trying to enter BC with more drugs. Instead of going directly to jail (as I thought I should have), I was given a promise to appear and deported again the same day. My court date is in February of '07. I know that if I don't show up to my hearing, I won't be arrested in USA. However, I do want the ability to eventually enter Canada without being arrested again just for doing so. Would I be better off showing up to court and serving my sentence again, or not showing up and just waiting for the statute of limitations to take effect (if there is one)?

I really don't want to read 40 freakin pages of case files. I just want to know the key points of this case: Can someone who knows something about this case give me a case brief of sorts? It's about the 3rd party comments posted on a website. I believe this is saying that the website is NOT responsible. But would like to know as much as poss.

What type of punishment should be given to them ? There was a man who killed more than a hundred tigers in India and now he is probably behind bars. But I think such criminals should be thrown into cages of lions and tigers..and let these wild animals do the rest. People might say that in a democracy such punishment should not be given but I think such a punishment is quite apt. From where do human beings get the absolute 'right' to kill wild life at will and to serve their own purposes ??
I am a lover of wild life and animals.

I live in Florida, here there is no one keeping watch on the judges, so they basically get away with what they want. Some of them have gotten to where they know they can do anything and there is nothing you can do about it. They definately need a Judecial Review Board or something like that so the judges remember they aren't God's. What's it like in your state? do judges have people watching over them? If not, if there was a petition going around asking for a law that judges be governed, would you sign it? What state? I definately would, AM!!!
