Court workers are not allowed to tell you how to file a subpoena, as that would be unlicensed practice of law. get a copy of the Rules of Court for your county and state, then get a copy of black's law dictionary. Sit down and read the rules of court, and everytime you come across a word that you are not sure what it means, look it up in black's... the rules of court will tell you exactly how to file a subpoena, but you'll need the law dictionary to decipher the legalese.

If you aren't ready to do this, you should not attempt to represent yourself.

I hope someone knows because everytime i tried to sue ,no one would help me at the Courthouse when I asked what papers I needed to file.
They have a personal relationship with all the lawyers in town & don't want ppl suing on their own ,even if it is legal to do so!
