The court would have to order wage garnishment. The only true way to deal with any child support issues is to go through the courts. I know it's a long drawn out process, but once it's done, it's something that he either has to deal with or be put in jail. I'm not sure what an income deduction order is, but once the court decides that he should have to pay, there's nothing he can do because the court will order his employer to withhold whatever has been agreed upon per week.

That all depends on which state you're from. In some states employers are required to deduct child support from an employees check and if they don't they can be held accountable. I'd look into your states laws dealing with child support and see if it is like that in your state because I'm sure the employer will cooperate if they might face charges if they don't.

LIES!!! An income withholding is a legal document compelling the employer to withhold. The payer HAS NO SAY in the matter and the employer can be held in contempt of court for failing to withhold. CALL YOU LOCAL CSA IMMEDIATELY AND MAKE THEM ENFORCED THE ORDER!

If you have to order go to the sherrif and have is served on the company. Federal and state laws says the company has to withhold.

Also check with your states child support enforcement division, they can force the company to comply. Do not go to the crooked companies that say they can get it for you, you could loose up to 40% in "Admin fees"

Also talk to you state attorney general and ask them for help.

the honor system just doesnt work...

you have the court order(s) call your child support case worker. contact your local legal aid office, they are in all states.

your GONNA have to have him put in jail in order for him to take it seriously, if he cant even follow a court order.

That doesn't sound right. If it is ordered by a court of law, you should be able to get it started.

I would contact somone in your local (state) government, such as social services. They should be able to point you the right direction.
