My husband went back to live in Rep of Ireland to avoid paying child support to our four children who live in England. The British child support agency doesn't have any jurisdiction within Eire. He visits the children once a year and brags about his good job, his house he's brought and holidays while we're living hand to mouth. Surely there must be a way around this loop hole for example dead beat dads of Northern Ireland would just move south of the border to avoid child support as would dads from the republic would just move to the north. Please help many thanks to any replies

Specifically I'm wondering how legal it is for me to have my sword on me when I go to training or just to destroy stuff in my friends yard both of whick require me to travel through a substancial part of town. I live in Bozeman MT if that helps, also if it doesn't I still live there.

Specifically what would define a self defense situation? Would angry and aggressive or abusive behaviour and the threat of violence still count; and if so to what degree? WV Workers Comp. denied paying me for time I was unable and off work. Said it was because I quit my job. I quit my job because my injury was caused as a direct result of my employers intentional actions. I strained my back upon avioding a box my employer threw at me when I asked him where it was, because I couldn't find it. He acted in an unprofessional and quite rude manner. At this time I was unable to file for unemployment because I was not able to work. When I was released for work I filed for unemployment again. I was able to prove to them that my employer was in part or in whole responsible for me leaving. Like the laws that protect us in unemployment from HAVING to put up with treatment like this, is there one to protect me from HAVING to put up with treatment like this in order to be eligable for my days I was unable to work due to his intetional mistreatment ??????????
