If you're asking if all Americans are in favor of Israel....the answer is no. But the average American can't do anything about what certain elected officials do. Not until the next election, anyhow.
That is our only recourse, if we find ourselves consistently disagreeing with certain politicians actions.
To vote them out of office.

They're non-binding resolutions. The net effect of the US veto is like refusing to sign a birthday card. It's meaniningless.
