With multiple countries involved in the middle east, it seems the USA is calling all the shots on prisoner treatment. What about the opinion of other countries who are also losing soldiers in the war?

Explanation and background:
This is an extreme measure and open to suggestions. A lot of people think that individuals with AIDS are responsible enough to not have unprotected sex. I've even read forums of people who are mad that they have AIDS, and wish to spread it to everyone they can. I’ve even heard a story from a family member who worked in an AIDS clinic. A patient told him that he had a one-night stand with a woman who didn’t have a hotel room after a delayed plane. They went partying late into the night, and then came back to the hotel room and had sex. The next day, the man woke up, and the girl was gone. While he was peeing, he looked into the mirror and saw, written in lipstick, “Welcome to the wonderful world of AIDS”...pretty scary story!

Possible Solution:
If you don't have AIDS you are required to get a yearly AIDS check. If you have AIDS you are required to get a non-visible (with clothes on) tattoo on your lower stomach to warn your partner. The tattoo is *required*.

Is it okay to just slip out of their house while they're still sleeping?

And if they're in your house, is there a tactful way to get them out? Pretend to be asleep until they're gone, maybe?

i've always wondered why they go through all those time and money to gather evidence when they can simply give the suspect a lie detector test since its like 99.9% accurate and prosecute them base on that or is that invalid in the court of law?

This is a very controversial question , i know. But do we approve of it or dissaprove? Remembering that animals get injected, sprayed & fed chemicals, diseases & antibodies on a frequent daily basis that kills and maims them every single time a test is carried out, all in the name of human survival!!! is this a good thing and should it continue? Remembering also that NO animal on the planet has EXACTLY the same kind of body structure as ourselves so how can this testing be classed as opportune & right and for the good of humans - should we not be testing OUR research work out on humans - rapists, murderers, peadophiles, the scum of our society that the animal testing is used to help......... i think you know my view - but i'm interested in yours.

The girl in the papers (UK who got her face slashed up appears now to have had it comming... She was appearently a real nasty bully who had tormented and battered the slasher girl...

She is lucky her bulling victem did not disembowl her after what she had done to her

Seems the slasher girl should now have been rewarded and gone a lot further would you say...

The slashed girl would probably have gone on to join grannie battering mugger or happy slap gangs...

Now won't be so popular without the power of looks over the boys.

Why should the real victem, the bullied girl be punished... She should register in her head all bullies and all who help them or support them in any way are evil and attack...

Only leaveing the nice alone...

Not let herself get arrested from those who wanted her and others hurt and like bullies...

Who should have the right to establish laws and rules of fairness, justice and equality those who have always discriminated against minorities and people of color or those who were and are the victims of racial discrimination?
Why should the minorities accept whatever laws passed by whites throughout Americas history with respect to racial discrimination? Why is not acceptable by white Americans if blacks and minorites made and establish laws of fairness and justice?
Why is it discriminatory if the table is turned on the whites Americans?
You say it is segregation and discriminatory and yet you racially discriminated and mistreated minorities historically.
What makes it morally acceptable for white Americans to cry discrimination when it is and was whites to discriminated against people of color?
Aren't minorities capable of being fair and just?
What makes it OK for white Americans to have the history they have and pass laws against discrimination?

From the British, to South Africa, India, to Slavery In America whites openly and freely mistreated, raped, abused, enslaved minorities and blacks and it continued until the civil rights act of 1964. This discrimination continued even after the British were thrown out of India and it continued while South Africa was under aparthied rule. Many places had "whites only" signs and blacks and minorities were discriminated against.
Why is that when a minority raises the question as to who is best to establish rules of fairness, justice and equality for the minority the white Americans cry it is segration and discriminatory and yet their racist ways continues to this very day. Why are the White Americans so offended when a minority feels it is in his best interest to establish laws of fairness, justice and equality?
Why is that minorities cannot set the laws and rules that help them best? Why do the whites feel it is discriminatory if minorities wanted to establish laws that serve them?

Last July a judge ruled in my favor of a back support order in excess of $11000 but since the father was working part time while in school, they allowed him to pay $100 a month for satisfaction of debts because he had no assets at all - but he is also ordered to report any and all assets, cash, property, gifts, etc in excess of $100 along with the addition of financial accounts, change in employment, address, etc. He became employed after graduation, began making a decent salary, got married, and I found out this week they bought a house in February. I ordered certified copies of the mortgage and deeds - the mortgage was for $200,000.00! The county and courts no nothing of this (court is in Ohio where I reside, he resides in Florida). Do I have a right to file a property lien against him now when it would have been an automatic thing to do when the judgment was issued last year had he any assets at the time it went into effect? He is now in contempt of court according to our Order.

a bounced cheque has been presented as primary evidence in the criminal case. as it is connected to other matter in the civil case, the criminal court has issued a certified copy of that particular cheque directing the court to mark it as a document. but the civil court refused to accept the certified copy as primary evidence. why cant it be considered as a primary evidence when the certified copy is itself attested and issued by a judicial authority ?
