i think not being able to afford food would drive a man to do toe things he did.what are your views?

#3. He tortured and killed animal as a young child, a proven trait of a future serial killer.

If you heard of homeless and starving people doing what Jeffery Dahmer did on a regular basis when they were starving, then it might be considered "normal" - but Jeffery was one very sick puppy. Sad to know that he killed those people and Jeffery was one very sick and twisted man.

Are you serious? He's obviously sick as hell. There are people in different countries that are starving to death and they do not do what Jeffrey Dahmer did.
