My personal experience is that it is difficult to file suit against a governing body but this is such a core issue. Any legal beagles have a simple answer on this.
What would a private bloke have to do to sue over this kind of thang?

I'm a student have been working since last December to March for a small company as part-time(no OPT),then it went bad business so had to leave there thought it's still running somehow. I didn't get pay for December until end of March and got paid of month of January at the beginning of April.

The boss(Mr.A ) talked to one of small company that's been a partnership with him to give me a position at there so I got an interview and now I'm working at the company that was introduced from him.

I've always asked him politely about unpaid pay but since May,he had answered only once said help is on a way then nothing else and seems like he will shirk the 2 month pay until I give up.

However,I'm still keep working some duty for Mr.A's at new company so I got frustrated and told him today that if I don't get paid,I'll stop all duty connected with him, then he got mad "Who introduced the job to you?!Who do you think you are?!You'll be fired!"...If I worked illegally, can't I sue anything?

Since my order was not fully served, I was force to cancel my purchase. I keep track of all the shipment made for my order and I have not received any invoice for a couple of items sent by the supplier. Some sent items that have no invoice were sent way back in April or May. Until now I have not receive any invoice. I need those invoices for tax purposes.

I am the Plaintiff in a lawsuit. I am claiming that I overpaid for hotel accomadations- which I did in fact overpay. I was promised verbally a rate of $39.00 per day if I stayed longer than 6 months, I stayed over 300 days- when I reviewed the accounting, I learned that I was charged $59,$79,$89, $179 Per Day. I asked for an accounting showing my payments and debits but was "pushed" out by lawyers for the hotel, via threatening letters, an eviction lawsuit, and some other legal maneuvers. I agreed to vacate based on a stipulation agreement that specifically states that each party (ME & THE HOTEL) may bring suit for money at any later time. My records show an overpayment/credit to me of $38,000.00 +/-. I filed a lawsuit against the hotel and now, a new team of lawyers is trying to get my case dismissed, I have about a month to file a new complaint. The opposing lawyer states that I need to... Make a Motion for more definite statement, Motion to comple separate statements of claim....

I can't believe they passed that law. Think about it: there is nothing we are FORCED to pay money for to live here. That is why we are called a free nation.

(I know these are necessary for a normal life but think a minute)

- cars are choice, u could actually walk if u had to
- u could grow ur own food or go to food banks
- u don't have to pay taxes if u don't work or buy anything
- u dont pay car ins if u dont own a car
- u dont have to pay property tax if u dont own any property

I know that stuff is extreme but open your mind a minute and think. I mean at least you DO HAVE A CHOICE... bad one but A CHOICE.

How can Mass. get away with requiring its residence to pay health insurance? What will they do.. force them to move out of the state? Take their property if they don't get it?

If prostitution is the consensual exchange of goods and services between two consenting adults why is it then illegal? Nobody is directly being hurt by this lifestyle choice. It is obvious this practice can be done relatively safely and may help many men to release tension that might other wise come out in much more destructive ways, i.e. rape, murder, physical battery. Obviously pimping should be illegal but if a woman can kill her own child in the womb it is by its own logic absurd that she can not chose who to have sex with or not, even if it is for money. I personally find abortion much more offensive than prostitution. At least in prostitution the individuals are potential consenting and nobody ends up getting murdered in the end. And even if you don’t agree with it personally doesn’t it make sense to allow people to do things you might not like. This is how we as humans truly learn, from experience. In my opinion most things should be legal unless it will directly cause the infringement of rights upon another individual, i.e. such as rape, murder, robbery, kidnapping, battery, etc. This is blatantly obvious. America need to stop micromanaging and allow people the freedom they tout as its mantra.

How does one remove a restraining order to federal court. Basically, a restraining order was filed in a state that has no jurisdiction over the defendant. The Defendant notified them of that and they proceeded to have a hearing at a time when the Defendant count not appear. The Defendant never had the right to be heard. Defendant would like to remove to federal court in his own state, citing failure to be heard/violations of his Constitutional rights. Thank you.

So, Scott Peterson gets charged with the murders of both Laci Peterson and their unborn child. If he gets charged with murder for the unborn child, then why is abortion legal?

It's the same thing - a killing of an unborn child.
