My name is on the lease as well but he is the first name and they did the credit background check on him, not me. My name is secondary. He's flipping out because he hasn't paid his rent and they are going to file for eviction. Also, he's an illegal, and using a relatives name.

I posted about 4 questions concerning my situtation with my ex girlfriend and my dog that she won't return. I have recently sent her a letter making an offer in exchange for the dog. I you have the time to read the details of the first 3 questions and can give me qualified legal advice, I would greatly appreciate it. I have covered all my bases with all of the other advice on here, so now all I really need is legal advice, FROM A LAWYER.... How will this play out... Is it in my favor if I go to court.. Thanks.

I have a tenant that lost his job and could not pay $150 of his $400 rent payment, he asked me if I can give him some work and said he can cut grass. I gave him a written letter saying that he can go and provide me with an estimate first and then we can discuss further. Well, he did not listen, instead he went on one of my properties and started mowing the lawn, he bent down to pull something while the lawn mower was running and chopped 2 of his fingers off. Am I or my homeowners insurance responsible for damages due him? Even though he did not have permission to cut the grass, not in writing nor verbally? (this is in the state of Florida)

The question is for a regular person not someone who has a search warrent for circumstances. I have a realative who is really nosy and intrusive. First off I do feel a high lever of responsibility for my children. Yes he did make the choice to ride the dirt bike, but he was also given access to a device that is very dangerous in the hands of someone not trained to ride. I was not looking to sue anyone but hoping maybe they would share the medical cost with me. I have not spoken with the parents yet and it's all because I feel uncomfortable about asking them. From what I understand a friend of my son allowed my son to ride one of their family's dirt bikes, which resulted in my son having and accident and breaking 6 front teeth. My son is only 16 years old. The parents were apparently at work during the time the accident occured. The question I raise is do the parents have some type of responsibility in all of this. I would think that they are the actual owners of the bike. Shouldnt they be liable for decisions made by their children. Motorcycles are more dangerous then automobiles. My son doesnt have a license. I have over 4000.00 in medical bills to cap 6 front teeth and emergency room expenses. Anyone have and opinion. Thank you!!!

my lives in a codepency inviroment with her parents next door. my ex committed adultery with a stranger. The enviroment that my daughter is not healthy for her. I'm a 48 yr old man and my ex is 37. She smothers my daughter by doding over her. My daughter is 9. I'm afraid she will grow into the inmeshed family with the same codependency problems and I think she needs to be brought up into a more healthy inviroment. To be raised as an independent adult.
